It is quite a decent product, given the price. materials of the tools are sturdy, and the replacement laces should be sufficient for almost any baseball glove(although I haven't used the replacement yet on one). This package includes several diagrams that demonstrate how to reassemble the device based on directions given in the product instructions. The majority of gloves have lace. Obviously, the instructions can't cover every style, but they provide enough information to get you going. My gloves fit better after I tightened them up with this set. Because I did not replace the old laces with the one from the kit, they did not appear thin or worn out, but rather stretched over time. As I had no idea where the laces in the glove went, I found myself using the diagrams to figure out where to pull or tighten the laces and in what order.
