I ordered both the Uflex with side stabilizers and the regular UFlex Athletics Knee Compression Sleeve Support, the regular one is very satisfied with it, according to the size chart, I ordered the Medium and it was perfect. It is uncomfortable and pinches my skin, I only wore it for 10 minutes before I took the zipper off. It is a small and it has a large label on the back I was surprised to receive a new compression brace size XL from Uflex Athletics after they refunded my purchase and also sent me a refund! The vendor did not contact or email me, they just refunded and sent a new brace for no reason at all! What I expected was a refund and another brace, not a refund and a refund. Since I tried the brace, I now know that the size chart is somehow incorrect and suggests a wrong size. I suggest the vendor take another look at the chart to prevent any other customers from having to face this issue in the future. It was very good customer service, although I would have preferred to see an explanation from the vendor.
