I've been using KT tape until now, but I'm going to switch to this. In terms of adhesion, it's better (it can easily last four hours). Water resistant (a daily shower has virtually no effect on its adhesion for up to 5 days). The only drawback is that you have to pull a little harder to get it off, which can be painful for those of us with a little more hair!.

It appeals to me. Physical therapy would place this on my knee after I had meniscus surgery. I had no choice but to keep using it. br>I can feel myself being pulled back. My knee is responding to that sense of something. And I've figured out how to put it on like they do, so it doesn't buckle. It also works wonders on my back and arm.

I ordered the black pre-cut strips, but I received the blue, which was not pre-cut. I have a large number of reviews, and it appears that I am not the only one who has experienced this. br>The 2 inch is inferior to the 4 inch in terms of quality. I had the 4 inch installed by a professional, and it made a huge difference.

It rolled off after only one use. We didn't even try to turn on the shower to see if it would stay turned on. Yes, I did properly prepare my ankle to ensure that it stayed in place. For me, this brand was just not right.

It doesn't seem to stick very well. The fabric has an odd feel to it, and unlike other materials, it made me scratch. It's not worth the money; KT Tape is a better option.

I liked how it relieved my foot pain while running, but only a few of the strips were sticky enough to last more than a few days. Some of the strips didn't even make it through a three-mile run before falling off my foot. I rubbed it really hard to get a good stick, but it just didn't last.

It's been less than three hours, and two of the pieces have completely lost adhesion about an inch from the edge (anyone who has used this stuff knows that once the ends start to come up, the tape is basically done). ) I've worked with pre-made products. The price was cut in half, and it lasted at least 24 hours. Three hours (on multiple pieces) is simply too long. The standard version of this product easily lasts three days for me, while a few hours is almost useless. 2/5.
