2 inches
The average length of regular tape is 2 inches. They also have a BIG option, which is twice as much!
The extra stickiness helps the product stick to the skin. Whether or not you need the extra oil depends on how much oil is on your skin. In terms of stickiness, I don't think it's related to water resistance.

I've been using KT tape until now, but I'm going to switch to this. In terms of adhesion, it's better (it can easily last four hours). Water resistant (a daily shower has virtually no effect on its adhesion for up to 5 days). The only drawback is that you have to pull a little harder to get it off, which can be painful for those of us with a little more hair!.
As soon as I started sweating, the tape began to peel, the sticky side of the tape became unsticky, and the tape felt wet. This product did not withstand a two-hour tennis match in Arizona. Because it is not water resistant, it will not last more than two to three days on your body.
It appeals to me. Physical therapy would place this on my knee after I had meniscus surgery. I had no choice but to keep using it. br>I can feel myself being pulled back. My knee is responding to that sense of something. And I've figured out how to put it on like they do, so it doesn't buckle. It also works wonders on my back and arm.
I ordered the black pre-cut strips, but I received the blue, which was not pre-cut. I have a large number of reviews, and it appears that I am not the only one who has experienced this. br>The 2 inch is inferior to the 4 inch in terms of quality. I had the 4 inch installed by a professional, and it made a huge difference.
It rolled off after only one use. We didn't even try to turn on the shower to see if it would stay turned on. Yes, I did properly prepare my ankle to ensure that it stayed in place. For me, this brand was just not right.
It doesn't seem to stick very well. The fabric has an odd feel to it, and unlike other materials, it made me scratch. It's not worth the money; KT Tape is a better option.
I liked how it relieved my foot pain while running, but only a few of the strips were sticky enough to last more than a few days. Some of the strips didn't even make it through a three-mile run before falling off my foot. I rubbed it really hard to get a good stick, but it just didn't last.
I've been utilizing rock-solid products for quite some time now. After using the pre-recorded tape for a while, I decided to try the pre-recorded tape. (I've been using the twist a lot lately. ) cut). On my shoulder, I used three pieces today. It's been less than three hours, and two of the pieces have completely lost adhesion about an inch from the edge (anyone who has used this stuff knows that once the ends start to come up, the tape is basically done). ) I've worked with pre-made products. The price was cut in half, and it lasted at least 24 hours. Three hours (on multiple pieces) is simply too long. The standard version of this product easily lasts three days for me, while a few hours is almost useless. 2/5.
