This tape was a huge letdown for me. It's thin and won't stay on for very long without curling. I used it to relieve pain in my lower back's S1 joint. The tape is applied to my lower back, just below the edge of my underwear, and it begins to roll up at the edges, probably due to the specific location of where I need to apply it. With Kinesology tape, and now the ORIGINAL ROCK TAPE, one must be extremely cautious when placing orders. I ordered "ROCK" TAPE because I found other brands of Kinesology tape to be inferior to ROCK TAPE, with the kinesology tape being flimsy and rolling at the edges. /or not last as long as "ROCK TAPE," but now I'm finding this particular shape of "ROCK TAPE" to be flimsy and rolling at the edges, similar to Kinesology tape. I would have returned it for a refund if I hadn't already used so much of it, but I didn't have anything else to replace it with for my lower back pain and didn't have enough money until my retirement checks arrived at the end of the month, plus I don't always have the time to go through the hassle of rewrapping a product and sending it back, but now I wish I did because I had to order a new "ROCK TAPE" to compensate for the damage. I'm going to give the inferior tape to a friend who has Fibromyalgia, in the hopes that it will help her more than it helped me because she has pain all over her body and this tape won't roll at the edges if she uses it on various body parts that aren't near the edge of one of her garments.

The rock tape H2o is a fantastic product, particularly if you plan on swimming in the water. It helps me maintain the health of my tendons and ligaments in my feet and ankles while also reducing swelling. I only use it for a week at a time because walking without it is difficult for me. br>I'm not happy that this product, along with the hot/cold sauce that they're pushing, is only available on Amazon. The roll of tape and sauce packet are packaged in a thick plastic container with a layer of cardboard on top. It's as if Rocktape and Amazon are completely unaware that the ocean is littered with plastic, that many sea creatures are ingesting it and dying as a result, and that, according to medical reports, we all have plastic in our bodies. Furthermore, our plastics are no longer recycled in other countries. As a result, a large number of them are directly incinerated here. When it comes to packaging, there are a few things to keep in mind. Less is more when it comes to decorating. I'd like to purchase several rolls of this product at once, packaged in a small cardboard package. If that isn't possible, a single cardboard box wrapped around a roll would be a good alternative. Even if you don't go in the water, the H2o tape is far superior to the standard rocktape. It will remain in place until you are ready to take it out.

This tape does exactly what it's supposed to do. I wore it for seven days and it stayed put even in the rain. I tried it for two weeks, but I also got some deep tissue massages and practiced deep belly breathing, so I can't say whether it's completely effective for pain relief and stability on its own. What I can say is that it, along with the rock sauce that comes with it, provides temporary relief and can be used as needed in the long run, depending on how much pain you're experiencing and where the pain is located (mine is in the cervical spine).

For the past three months, I've been taping it. I started with KT Tape, then moved on to other brands before learning about RockTape H2O. It has better adhesion, peeling resistance, and rolling properties. It will still be there if I soak in my tub for an hour several times a week. br>Before slapping it on, please watch a video about your condition. Because it's designed to stick to warm skin, any overlap will affect adhesion and cause it to roll. Before applying the tape, make sure your skin is CLEAN and completely DRY, and let it dry completely before covering it with clothing or going to bed. br>All of the tapes I've tried have helped with swelling and pain, but this one lasts the longest, so I use less of it, which helps offset the higher price, and it's now the only tape I'll use. Let's hope my next surgery will be successful in repairing my ankle!.
