A tape would probably hold all day, and would likely last longer if placed inside hot socks or In order to prevent blisters while walking/hiking tons of miles in one day, I use it on the bottoms of my feet. There is a great deal of stretch to the tape, and it is also extremely In addition, normal scissors can be used to cut it.
In order to keep the wound covered in my joined area, I am looking for alternatives to Coban. As with Coban, this tape is stretchy but it has an adhesive backing to keep it in place. It is good to keep your gauze in place and then apply Coban to protect it. The adhesive is good and does not leave any residue behind.
My running shoe stayed in place with this flexible tape before a race, and it worked well for taping my foot.
