There is too much adhesive on kinesiology tape and it hurts when you pull it off and there are sensitive areas on your skin. To reduce the pain, kinesiology tape should be less sticky but still adhere, this brand has a lot more adhesive than necessary. I can't get the adhesive off of my hands with water, even in the shower I have to use alcohol to remove it. This is terrible!.
