If your shoulders slouch forward, this would make a great alternative to using a shoulder brace. Can be worn "under" clothing if you like. The wearer finds the item to be comfortable. There is only a 2 hour wear time, but the ear buds do work! Slouching is something I used to do I wore this for only two hours, and my back pain cleared up. I usually work on the computer all day, so my back was feeling particularly uncomfortable. You can wear it under a jacket or hoodie and it will be relatively invisible. This is a highly recommended product!.

The posture corrector is easy to use and comfortable

I did not experience any pain around my armpit from the previous posture corrector that I had. It is for this reason that I got it. The dressing room is clean and I can adjust the size easily. The improvement, however, has not been evident yet, since I have only worn it for a week, and the manual says it should take at least two weeks for me to see any noticeable difference. Thus, I will update my evaluation after the recommended time. Overall, it seems to be working, though a few minor issues remain.

hesitant to buy this because I wasn't sure if it would work, however I found that it did. I love how comfortable and easy it is to wear. The good thing is that I have less body pain when I improve my posture.
