Hi there Mia, check out the dimensions for each of the supports, compare them to yours, and go for it. If it doesn't fit, send it back and order the next size up.br>My client is very petite, but the small was just a tad too tight for her, so the medium should fit you fine as well.
I discovered that this brace did not provide enough support for me, so I went out and bought another one that my doctor recommended. This is the first time I've attempted to exercise in it.

I've had a herniated lower back disc for almost ten years, and at least twice a year I get a sharp pulling pain in my back, and the rest of the time it hurts, but not as much, so I need to wear something that will provide me with good support. br>br>This brace is very comfortable, supportive, and you can't see it under your clothes. It's also quite pleasant to sit in while wearing it. I'm a student, so I have to sit for a lot of the time, which is bad for my lower back. 90% of the pain is gone when I wear this brace. br>br>Likewise, the quality is excellent. br>br>I'm very pleased with my purchase and would strongly advise you to do so if you're looking for one.
Because of the incline in my backyard, I wore the brace this weekend while picking up sticks and then pushing mowing the lawn for over an hour. The brace did not feel warm, but it provided adequate support. My back and hips didn't hurt nearly as much as they usually did after this kind of work. This is a good buy for the money.
This support is well-made, secure, and comfortable enough to wear all day. Lightweight and reasonably breathable. It was comfortable to wear under clothes and didn't make driving or sitting difficult. Delivery was very quick. a good amount of stuff.
This lumbar support was purchased because I frequently slouch at my desk. When I have to stand for long periods of time or do a lot of walking or standing, I also get lower back pain. This belt came in handy on a weekend when I knew I'd be standing a lot. I only wore it for a few hours the first morning, and I had minor soreness, which I believe was due to the fact that I wore it for a two-hour bus ride. When my back started to feel fatigued later in the afternoon/evening, I re-applied it. It was a huge success. I was able to stay on my feet for a few more hours, and on the second day, I wore it whenever I needed it, intermittently. I continue to use at various times throughout the day and have had no issues.
When I'm doing yard work at home, I'll put it on. For me, it's perfect. When I'm doing yard work at home, I'll put it on. I'll order another when I need one, and I recommend it to anyone who suffers from lower back pain.
