I was surprised at how much I appreciated these items. In addition to yard work, especially gardening, where I have to bend and stand frequently, I use it when I need to lift. It makes such a difference! After an hour or two of not having it, I was miserable. It enabled me to garden for longer periods of time with ease and enabled me to feel great while gardening. I like how easy it is to use and how stable it is. However, it provided adequate support for my needs without being uncomfortable. It felt like there was something in the back of the brace that looked like underwire I was concerned about the inconvenience. There has been a significant improvement here.

I needed support in the mid-back, but in the front the height was quite low, which made the chair convenient for females. It was easy to adjust and you were able to set it to how firm you wanted it. The only slight criticism would be that it was a little rough on bare skin, but not enough not to wear, and I will wear it over a shirt when it is cooler.

Years ago, I had back surgery, and since then, I have been experiencing back pain. I highly recommend it for light back support, especially since it fits under my clothing without being bulky. I've tried a lot of back supports and this one fits under my clothes without being bulky yet still offers minor support.

Having arthritis in my lower back, using this brace keeps my spine aligned and straight, as a result of which stress is reduced. Having 2 lumbar pads helps maintain a straight posture while the adjustable straps enable me to adjust the amount of support required according to my condition. Furthermore, it is light and can be easily worn under a sweater or loose shirt. I highly.

I've been suffering low back pain for some time, so I decided to get a back brace to help relieve the pain. As a result, my posture is improved and the pain in my lower back is reduced. Basically the book is bound in a soft, flimsy way. I received no support in any way. It failed after one day due to the Velcro fasteners.

Having upgraded my review, I can now give the item a higher rating. There were very few instructions, and they were only printed on one square inch of paper. I was very frustrated at the time. The truth is, it is very simple an extreme brace, it is fine to wear in the house if you have light lifting duties to do. An easy way to improve it is to insert a pocket near the tail bone where a small support could be inserted.
