The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it's supposed to be RED, but it's actually HOT PINK. The picture on Amazon shows it as pink, but because it says it's supposed to be red, I assumed it would be red when it arrived. If you're looking for Red, this is not the place to go. Of course, I'll keep it because it's functional, but for the holidays, I wanted red.

The kinesio method and tape are wonderful inventions, and I enjoy using them. They help me and others recover from injuries, cope with chronic pain, and so on. br>br>However, I have the impression that company management is terrible. It's the third time I've received a classic tape that isn't what it should be. When you tape all over every two weeks, you can tell it's thinner and the application paper is of lower quality. You have a good understanding of what works and what does not. I have a feeling these low-quality tape rolls will be discarded before the end of tax season. I dislike wasting my time and money by taping myself with low-quality tape that sticks to my skin and causes itching, and, more importantly, does not lift the skin as it should. I'll send samples to the company so that they can fix the problem. I have a high-quality and a low-quality classic tape that are both the same quality and price; however, I hope this does not happen again because I adore this method and find it extremely beneficial.

During the last month of my pregnancy, I used this to relieve pressure and it worked wonders. Unfortunately, I also developed the worst rash, and I now have scars all over my body. After a day or so, the edges began to peel, and the itchiness increased. As a result, my happiness was short-lived. It was also a little difficult to remove, even after soaking in the tub for 15 minutes, and it aggravated my rash.

This was recommended to me for pressure relief on pregnant bellies, so I bought it. It was a little itchy and not very comfortable. The tape didn't always adhere well, and it's not recommended to adjust it once it's on. When you're messing around with a bandaid, it's difficult to maintain adhesion. That being said, it wasn't bad, and I've never bought a belly band, so if it works for you, go for it. It's a much more cost-effective short-term solution.

Benzoin Tincture oral mucosal protectant is the name of the product. If I apply this liquid BEFORE I apply the tape, it will stay in place for the entire 5-minute period. 6 days! I'm probably one of the most skeptics I know, so when KT became popular, I dismissed it as just another rehab fad. My chiropractor, on the other hand, recently wrapped my arm for severe, excruciating tendonitis (I have "diaper" elbow - see below). seriously) and I was astounded by how quickly it relieved my pain. It's not like a magic bullet that instantly heals, but my arm hurts a lot when I don't have it KT'd up. I have no resting pain when I wear it. Of course, I still get tendonitis when I overuse that area, but it's better than nothing. I also tried it on my knee, which has always been a problem for me due to an injury over ten years ago. I haven't been able to walk more than half a mile without experiencing swelling and pain since I turned 40. I walked over a mile the other day and didn't experience any pain or swelling as a result of it. Yes, it is costly, but this product has proven to be effective for me. br>br>I've tried two other brands, and even after prepping my arm with alcohol, they'd start to come off within a few hours, whereas with Kinesio Tex Gold, I can usually get three days. I haven't tried showering with it on to see how well it holds up, but even if it doesn't, I'm satisfied with it. I also like that it comes in beige, which hides the injury better than other colors, so I don't have to answer all the "what happened to your arm?" questions all the time.
