Questions & Answers

Can you tell me if this is the best brand? Could you tell me a little bit about the quality?

There is a little more stick to it than regular white tape, which can make it difficult to tape ankles and more complex jobs quickly. There is a nice smooth feel to the tape, as well as a flat lie

In what way would this work in a circus?

If you are asking how to wrap a lyra, or just if this would work for wrapping a lyra, I am not entirely sure how to answer you. If you have a lyra, you can use this. So far, I have only wrapped it at the rig point to keep it from sliding, but I will eventually wrap the rest as well. The way to wrap is to pick a spot on your hoop and slap the end of the tape into it. Tape the roll onto the hoop slowly, keeping the tail taut. Overlap the tape by 1" as you unwind it from the roll. Adding a second layer will add more cushion to the lyra, and will also increase grip without adding too much thickness to the hoop. Personal preference plays a role here. It may be helpful to you. I wish you good luck with your flight.

A friend of mine recommended this to me so that my daughter's dance costumes would be itchy-free. Does anyone have experience using it for a similar purpose? What are the chances of it sticking ?

Just to find out the answer to your question, I put the tape over material and noticed that it sticks better to material than it does to The tape adheres well to material, which is why you need to be careful when removing it from

Getting the latest technology for athletes is a MUST! Due to the fact that he played sports most of his life, my husband has a lot of muscle damage which can affect his daily life even as an adult
5/5

he recently had a debridement of his leg's miniscus, for which he is still recovering. There is nothing wrong with physical therapy wraps, but they don't work! Since the tapes we normally use are sticky and fall apart after a few hours, we tested this tape. This was a big hit with him. As he describes it, he feels so supported, the tape isn't sticky, and he can wrap the tape in many different ways to find his perfect, most comfortable fit. The tape has proven to be extremely helpful at work, enabling him to walk around for the first time in years without any discomfort.

I've had no problems with it
4/5

Worked like a charm. You've got some great stuff there. It sticks to the roll a bit too well near the end of the roll as the roll begins to taper off. A part of the process causes my fingers to peel and unroll. The stick is better than skin, and it sticks awesome to itself. the best way to apply is to put down two loops as anchors first. Here's how to tape a toe joint based on what I read online. As an example, for a finger joint, a loose loop should go around the finger and a similar loop should be found below the joint to provide points for sticking. To strengthen the joint, you can then do a third strip running lengthwise on top of the first two. In the end, add two more loops to cover the first two, so that the middle strip does not rub off.

WODS and OLY lifts are especially well suited to this product
4/5

For the price, the quality is excellent. In order to tape up my fingers daily, I was looking for a product that was both inexpensive (not the overpriced Crossfit goat tape) and decent in While I was doing my workouts and Olympic movements, I had no issues with the grips. Unlike some of the other brands, it doesn't leave behind sticky black flakes that are hard to get off.

I use it to tape my son's ankles before a football game. In high school he plays lineman and he is 6'1" 280 pounds. His local high schools cut back on ankle taping, so I taping Specifically, he likes the comfort, strong hold, and adhesiveness of the product. The product is excellent and I would buy it.

It was pretty great, but there was one minor niggle
4/5

Athletic tapes are made of a special material that fulfills all the following The material is easy to tear, provides enough support, adheres well and has a comfortable feel. Only complaint I have is that I do not feel it stays on reliably It is fair to say that I have been using it for my wrist and thumb, both of which are high motion areas, this may have improved adhesion for a location with fewer My final conclusion is that I would highly recommend this product, but the only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is the fact that it does not adhere perfectly under intense physical activity.

A needle felting glove was purchased to protect fingers. The fingertips of Michael Jackson should be wrapped A style that replaces thimbles or incorporates a cut-out Make sure you wear the right This is a cheaper alternative to expensive safety gear. This product does not last very long because it won't stay on the surface of skin for long, so it As well as being easy to tear.

Among the best athletic tapes, here are a few of our favorites
5/5

You can use it to play tennis. Athletic tape of this quality is the best on the market. In tennis, I always end up with lots of blisters on my hands and fingers because of all the tape I use. I always had to remove the other tape while I was playing it - it always came off in the process. So I had to keep applying the tape over and over. I can assure you I will never again buy another type of tape once I've tried this. There are no words for how sticky this tape is The work is not going to be The only downside is that it's easy to remove and doesn't leave any sticky residue behind. Getting the perfect amount of tape from the roll is also very easy thanks to its ease of tear. It does tear by itself sometimes if I do not wrap my fingers tightly enough. That's the only issue I sometimes run into. My only complaint is that it's a little weak if I wrap it around just a single time, but if I double wrap it, I've had no problems. In comparison with other tapes, this tape stays on longer without sticking to the skin, it is easy to apply without scissors, and it doesn't leave your skin feeling sticky or dirty.

You might be surprised by what you discover if you read the Fine Print! It was only because I was in a hurry to order black hockey tape for my son's sticks that I read the fine print that said this was athletic tape and not hockey tape that I did not give it all 5 stars
4/5

in a rather technical sense, that was my fault. It does look and feel like hockey tape, but is a bit wider. What do you think about that? It will probably be easier to wrap the blades of the stick since fewer revolutions must be made. My theory goes like this When your child shows you their stick right before leaving for a game or practice and says, "Mom I need new tape," I think you're on to something. Having played and coached hockey myself for several years, I know what the tape should be like and so we shall see.

My only concern is that it came up in the search when clearly the word "hockey" is nowhere to be found on this product. Although it is cloth, it feels sticky on both sides (a little sticky coming through the cloth to the nonsticky side) like hockey tape should be (to help it stay in place) and seems to be acceptable for the wetness that comes in contact with ice from the rink. As soon as my son's next practice is over, I'll make sure you're informed about this.
In case you missed it, I would like to point this out MacGyver would act if MacGyver is a reincarnation of the original It may appear that he uses duct tape, but if he were really a hockey player as they sometimes implied on the show, he would have used hockey LOL It sticks when it gets wet, and it sticks to almost anything. The product is great for almost anything! While there is one small drawback, it may not stand up to as much heat as duct tape can, but it's certainly a tool that should have been in Mac's toolbox! (Picture shows how wide this tape is in comparison.
