This brace was made for my partner, who has a habit of clenching his right wrist at night, and this is what he had to say about it: br>I have a slender wrist and a slender hand, and if I fully insert my hand into this brace as shown in the product image, my hand can still clench, but my wrist will not flex. Instead, I move my hand a little further down the brace, hugging the bean with the base of my fingers. bag. My fingers and wrist remain straight as a result of this action. This has relieved a lot of the tension in my wrist, as well as a lot of the discomfort and inflammation I've been experiencing. It was uncomfortable at first to sleep with this on, but you get used to it.
The level of quality is incredible. 10/10. I had never heard of the company before, but this wrist brace is by far the best I've ever used. I've been using them for about 15 years, and this is the only one that hasn't left me with unsightly sweat marks. It also allows me to get a good night's sleep when I'm wearing it.
I haven't tried it on a healing wrist fracture, but it does immobilize the wrist, so I believe it would be fine.

It's comfortable and long-lasting, and it's well worth the money! I had a severe case of carpel tunnel syndrome for a long time. I think it started because I work for a commercial design firm and spend about 8 hours a day there. 10 hours a day on the computer doing 3D rendering, which involves a lot of keystrokes and mouse movements. I used to wake up in the middle of the night with tingling and severe pain in my hands. I twisted and turned in bed for many sleepless nights. br>br>After being advised by my doctor to try wearing a night brace, I stopped into my local pharmacy to pick up a handbrace from a well-known brand. I wore it for a few weeks and saw no difference; the pain at night was still severe, and sleeping at night was nearly impossible. Nothing was working until I bought this comfybrace. br>br>After just one night with this brace, I could tell it was making a significant difference. I noticed a huge difference right away. After months of not being able to sleep at night, I finally got a couple of hours of uninterrupted sleep! This was a major turning point in my life. Indeed, the pain is unbearable on many nights, with numbness in my fingers and stabbing, burning elbow and wrist pain. I've tried several braces in the past, and while some have helped, the majority have been too uncomfortable to wear at night, so I haven't used them consistently. I was hesitant to purchase another, but after reading the reviews, I decided to give it a shot. I knew it was different the first time I put it on because of the padding and overall comfort; one of my biggest complaints was that most other braces felt very warm and made my arm feel clammy and hot, and being from South Texas, I don't want anything to make me feel any hotter than we already are. That first night, and most nights since then, I slept through the night. While I understand that a brace will not completely solve the problem, I recommend this brace to anyone who is dealing with this painful and annoying issue, particularly during flare-ups of the condition and symptoms. I'm getting another just for travel because I'm so impressed with this product; whoever designed it had carpal tunnel syndrome and was frustrated with the current braces on the market, so they fixed it! I've been twisting one hand and wrist under my head while sleeping for the past year or so, which causes hand swelling and pain when I wake up. To prevent me from twisting my wrist while sleeping, my doctor recommended that I wear a brace. br>br>Well, that's all I've got to say about that. It's a lot easier to say than it is to do! Before this one, I tried a couple of braces. One was fine to wear but provided very little support and did not prevent the twist, while the other provided firmer support but was so uncomfortable that I removed it while sleeping (yeah, I'm a lifelong sleepwalker). br>br>The Comfy Brace was the next thing I tried. I was a little skeptical because the brace doesn't come in a right or left hand version; it fits either hand, which I assumed meant it wouldn't fit well. So, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so br>br>Wowza, that really works! The three straps allow for a more customized fit, allowing it to be firm enough to prevent twisting while remaining comfortable enough for me to sleep with it on. The bead-filled cushion is fantastic- I put it on, wiggle my fingers a few times, and the beads shift into place, and I honestly don't notice the metal support (part of the problem with the uncomfortable brace was that the metal support's end tended to dig into my palm). br>br>It has significantly improved the function of my wrist and hand while causing no discomfort. I've only had it for a few months and have no idea how long it will last (it still feels brand new). I'll buy another if it ever wears out. There's no need to experiment any longer; this is unquestionably the ideal design for me.
