The last time I changed mine was 3 months ago however, my lashes were a bit dry during that period.
Although I can't speak for specifics, I have found that these packs keep a perfect humidity for 12 and a half cigars (from experience) for a month or so. As far as I can tell, they would be sufficient for your needs.

I purchased these packs after hearing rave reviews about them from a friend. It was his right to say that. You ought to check them out. Keeps humidity at just the right level. Even though they are disposable, they can easily be As the moisture is pulled into the packet from the container, the packet will swell again. In addition to soaking the bag (which works too, but may reduce its lifespan), some people also spray the pack with water. I'm extremely pleased with the pack and will continue using it in my humidors in the future. It can be recharged over and over, so you don't need to buy a new one each time.
I had to fight the humidity every week in order to keep it at the perfect level. OMG! I was introduced to the Boveda humidity pack by a friend of mine. Do you know if your storage is airtight? The lid on the pack needs to be closed and you can use one pack for 25 cigars. Every three or four days, you should check and air out the air conditioner or smoke a cigar. That's all there is to it. You can refresh your packs by putting them in a ziplock with distilled water, give them 48 hours, dry them off, and return them to storage after refreshing. It is the same ones I have been using.
We are biased towards Boveda products because they are simply the best in the business. do an excellent job of protecting your cigar collection and take the guesswork out of handling them.

What they do is exactly as they should be. You and I have both seen and heard it, but we should just buy those You can also pop them in a cup or bowl of water once they have dried up completely. You can reuse them again and again.
You guys have done an amazing job with these. Using this method is simpler than any other method available. You can also recharge these batteries by putting them in a wet towel for a few days and then letting the outside of the towel.
Boveda packs are awesome! I can't recommend them enough. are able to maintain constant humidity, recharge easily, and are also fairly inexpensive. It is a no-brainer to get these if you own a humidor or tupperdor!.
