As a disabled Veteran, I have a small family of seven. My wife and I enjoyed buying this toilet paper because it lasted in our house for a whole month until my pension payment came in. the last two orders that we have received have been scams. We always have to replace the paper roll in both bathrooms every day. In order to find out the dimensions of the paper, I measured it. Surprise, surprise, the new package being sold by the company is falsely advertised as being much larger than it actually is. As stated on the packaging, the measurements are really 4'' x 1'' and not 4'' x 3''. There is a really big difference there. False advertising should be avoided by buyers! A total of 70 rolls were also given to me. Oh, my!.

The first thing I need to do is. The toilet paper I'm using is great. It's soft and strong at the same time. Each one is individually wrapped, so that's great. There is a lot of value in this. However, the shipping issue has become more prevalent lately. It is absolutely unacceptable to package products like this. There is a crumble in the box, and what should be hygienic becomes unhygienic. If I am not guaranteed that the packaging is fixed, then I will not order from you again. I find this very disappointing.

When I bought this case, I originally intended to keep it for future use just in case another toilet paper crisis hits in 2021.
It is used to wipe things, we don't eat it and it doesn't get used on the runway. We just need to clean up our undercarriages. A luxury brand of toilet paper that was thick, soft and luxurious would be the one I would have bought if I wanted high quality. I will use this only once, and then I will throw it There are no big problems here. This works well for what it is intended for. When it arrived, our packaging looked perfect, so we hoped it would serve as a box of hope for sheep in need should the next wave prove uncontrollable.

There was evidence that the vehicle had been run over. Especially bad was the state of the box when it arrived. There was a solid mark on the ground that showed a truck had run over it. Although the box had been taped back together, some of the toilet paper rolls didn't have any wrapping or had almost all of it Having this happen twice in as many days is quite unusual!.

This is no longer cost effective. The vendor I purchased from is no longer in business, so I have to find a new one every month. I won't be spending more on the same product. We go to Sam's Club and are able to buy their brand because it works for our business, even though it's only one ply, it's much stronger and cleaner due to its textured construction. That is not the case with this product.

There is no doubt that the size has decreased. The product has been purchased more than once. It just occurred to me today that the sizes are not the same, which got my attention as The item looks smaller than what I've previously purchased. There is 6144, 6180, and thus on and so forth. To prevent toilet paper from being ridiculously different in size, make them the same size instead of making one ridiculously smaller than the other That makes no sense at all.

However, it rained heavily on the day the package was delivered. It is not possible to fully enclose the rolls in these boxes. Air and moisture are allowed into it through a large hole on top and bottom. In other words, during the rain, 1/4 of the rolls in each box were soaked through! The wet rolls had to be separated, put in a box, and then sealed with a rubber lip in the basement Wet-dry vacuum. So far, I have not placed an order, but I expect to do so once their packaging is fixed. You don't even have to tape over the top slit. . . I mean, really, put packaging tape over it!.

Having gotten generous rolls the last time, we decided to order these this time around. It's just that the rolls are much smaller this time and the paper is embossed, so it looks like more paper than it actually We were disappointed and will not be ordering from you.
