I received this broom less than 10 minutes ago and I am returning to pick it up. Buying it, I was intending to use it to vacuum up dog hair. Though the bristles collected some hair from the floor, the broom practically crumbled after 5 drags. While in use, the head spins on to the handle, but does not lock in place. There was a contact address for getting a replacement on the package, so the issue seems to have been well known. Replacing me would be a waste of time.

The broom initially made me very pleased since I was able to gather up dog hair from hardwood floors and carpets very effectively. As soon as I started using it though the handle became loose at the bottom and I had to stop and reposition it Sweep the broom to tighten it every few passes. Whatever I did, it continued to work loose no matter how tight I twisted it. Sadly, within a few days, the rubber bristle section separated from the plastic housing, resulting in the broom no longer being usable. I received a prompt payment refund from Amazon after Amazon provided a return shipping label. As of a week before the product broke, it worked very well. I wish it had been better made.

As a result of searching for an implement to remove cat hair from my carpets, I purchased this. It seemed that rubber brooms were useful in removing pet hair from carpets, even though they were labor-intensive. The carpet in my bedroom is coated with this one, and it's worked well. My carpet is vaccumed regularly and I see some hair, but I can't see all of it. This product blew me away when I used it on my carpets! It seemed as though hair was coming out of Even after vacuuming all of my carpet, I found that there was still a lot of cat hair on it. Today I use it almost every day to pick up all the dust in my apartment, and it does it every time! The popits had to be broken and glued back together by my husband, as I didn't know how to put it back A good concept, but the rubbery thing is so badly designed that it does nothing to move the pet hair.

With a normal broom, you'll spend just as long pushing the hair into a pile as you would with a toothbrush. On the other hand, I saw some people sweeping carpets with the broom, so I tried it in our bedroom as well. Although I vacuumed yesterday, I found it astonishing how big a ball of fur it collected while I used it to sweep the carpets. The purchase is worth it in that sense. The decision to buy or not buy this broom depends on what you're trying to achieve with it.

I've had this broom for three months now and I couldn't imagine using anything else. Nevertheless, the one I received would keep unscrewing every time I used it, and eventually one of the segments would no longer catch when I screwed it back on (making the screwing just go on and on As a result, I ended up using gorilla glue for that part and it no longer gives me issue I found was that the rubber bristle strip on the broom has been coming off all by itself. Except for these two issues, this broom does a fantastic job on wood, tile, and carpet The floor. Sand, dust, and other particles will be swept up by it easily. In fact, I went on to buy two other brooms for separate friends after being so impressed. My hope is that the company will replace my broom for free so that I can update my review and let others know what I think. I'd like to let you guys know how their customer service is.
