In short, we bought the machine for the white noise for our newborn baby's naps. This is the only sound we have used on the machine and I suppose it DOES produce a white noise, but it is not the only one it produces. The fact that I have an impression of voices is so upsetting that I am writing this now and broadcasting it to the world. My ears were not tuned in for the first three days Then the next night, as I was about to fall asleep, a strange faint voice sounded like it was coming from my computer saying (and now this is really funny) "eggs. ". The next day my wife asked if I heard the sound machine talking, so I wasn't sure if I heard anything else for a while. I remember hearing other strange phrases for the next couple of nights, but I was reluctant to tell her about it for fear of sounding crazy. I heard it once again just now as we were laying down to nap, saying "nooooo spitting. " To see if there are voices in the recording, I am going to try to record one, and if I hear them, I will edit it and add it. If we are really talking to it, I hope that it will record and get some confirmation from the public. This is not the only thing we hear. I rate this Game 1 star since the machine talks to me when it talks to me, but if not for that, I rated it 3 stars because of the following reasons I'm sorry - I found the buttons to be very loud. Normally I wouldn't even think about this and I wouldn't even consider the possibility if I was a mom, but when you've just spent 2 hours getting your baby to sleep and you turn the switch on or adjust the volume, the loud clicking makes you want to cry. There are a number of short loops in the sound* - I am not happy with the overall sound quality. It is something I am actually interested in returning, but after the first night I threw away the packaging because I figured it would do the job, but I never imagined it to start I LOVE YOU. Even if I don't do it, I might try it.

I believe this is the fourth sound machine we have purchased from Homedics. It is excellent to see the first two photos with green. Lastly, the silver one kept going on and off, which did not bode well for a toddler who was sleeping. The designers of this new version have no children, so I can only infer this from their purchases of this new version. As opposed to the round dial that can be turned by turning it once and finding the right volume quietly, the new version has volume buttons that click loudly every time you press them. In addition, there is a very big difference between the volume for every click Either there is too much white noise or there is too little, without any in between. The sound quality is not as good as it was in My hope is that I will. A refund will be issued.

In theory, this seems to be a pretty good sound machine. * It has different sound options (I just wanted white noise) * It has decent volume control. If I need to make it louder, I can do it. I could not get a good volume with a few products I tried. This is a very handy feature you can set a timer or make it continuous. Is it because there are only three stars? It's kind of like white noise with this weird beeping/whirring sounds as a background. This is such a distraction. You can even hear it through the baby monitor (but my phone does not pick up the sound, so I can't share it with you). The pros - A good volume control - A wide range of sounds to choose from
It has a low profile and is light in The cons are I use this when my 7 month old needs sleep, both to help drown out noises that might prematurely wake him and to help signal to his brain that sleep is near. It works great for that purpose. It seems to relax him every time we turn it on just before he goes to sleep and he doesn't seem bothered by the obnoxious background noise.

Whilst he lived in my room, I found it tortuous some nights due to the fact that I couldn't stop focusing on it while trying to sleep. As a result, I was surprised to discover that the sound comes through the baby monitor once I moved him to the nursery. Due to the fact that I have a 7 month old, I don't have the money for a new sound machine when this one is already mine. It's a good value, and I already have it. If you have the extra cash, buy There is no need to worry about repeating sounds. If you like how it works and/or don't mind the high pitch, then go for it (it has never bothered my husband, but he has always been an easy sleeper).

The pros are There is a nice variety of sounds. When our children were newborns, it had the heartbeat sound both of them loved. The device is powered by batteries or plugs into a wall outlet. The sound machines I've had for one or both of the kids have been very helpful at home/in the car for travel. The volume is normally not at full volume, especially since it's loud enough to not bother with it. The cons are It sounds as if a sound loop is present. As long as I am concentrating on it, I only notice it when providing late night feedings to the children. If I don't see it, I won't notice. This is interesting There is a little funky sound in the heartbeat sound, but it is still effective. The buttons click when pressed. Noise level wasn't too loud, but it did get quite loud during the night.
