Questions & Answers

When I flip the device so the roll lies against the chest, would that be a convenient and comfortable way for me to sleep? I sleep on my front with my head to the side. ?

Sleep Noodles were designed to keep you from lying on your back while sleeping. On the other hand, if fitted correctly on the chest, the Sleep Noodle would likely prevent a person from sleeping on their front, since it would likely prevent them from rolling over.

At 5'2" and a person who rolls a lot, do I have a chance with this?

My height is 5'6 and I like to roll a lot. It has been a little over a week since I started using the Sleep Noodle In two weeks, I am supposed to wear it every day. Then after that, I am supposed to wear it every other day while I learn to stop bending over. A snug noodle (but not binding) is what I aim for. In the beginning, it woke me up every time I rolled onto my back (which is what the device is supposed to do). I'm starting to move from side to side without waking up as I roll from one side to the other now I don't have to worry about my back because the Sleep Noodle keeps me off

What is the washable nature of sleep noodles?

However, you'll need to remove the foam noodle

42 inches is the size of my chest. Could you please tell me whether the medium or large would be best for me? Thanks a lot?

A large size might be a better option for you if you prefer a looser (but still secure) feel.

We went above and beyond expectations
5/5

In the past several years, I have used multiple types of CPAP machines and It has been my intention to use it for some time. Although, I found it to be extremely beneficial each time, I avoided using it because the process was just too cumbersome. My doctor told me I should stop sleeping on my back at my last medical appointment There was an attempt, but I My attention was then drawn to an advertisement for Unsurprisingly, I was really sceptical about whether it could have a significant impact. For the case that I would need to return it, I kept all the packaging. It took a little while to get used to it on the first night. I was completely at ease with my surroundings by the second night, however. It turned out that I got THREE fantastic Compared to usual, my wife said I woke up only once instead of three times during the night because I completely stopped snoring My sleep has improved greatly since I went to bed at 4. I'm feeling rested and energised Noodles are great for sleep, and I thank goodness I get to use them every night. I hope everyone can experience the benefits too. If you suffer from sleep apnea and have not been able to use your CPAP machine consistently, you may want to give it a try.

I have no issues with it
5/5

My blood oxygen monitor says I'm getting plenty of oxygen to my brain when I wear this while sleeping on my side. In the middle of the night I tried something else and the blood oxygen alarm went off when I managed to roll over onto There is likely to be a difference in mileage between you and I, and there is probably no perfect device that will suit However, this worked for me and did not cost me an arm and a leg, so my rating is.

(How to Modify) Painful Unless You Do This
3/5

I tested it out and it You will not be able to roll on your back if it is strapped on - you will wake up in pain if you do. A major problem is the almost-rigid insert inside the fanny pack—it's hard to open and close. I'd be more inclined to view it as I modified mine by removing the cheap "noodle" (a section of a kid's pool toy) and stuffing it tight with an old small pillow that takes up all the room in the zipper- I got a great deal on this! Even though it still wakes me up when I roll onto my back, it doesn't hurt as much as it used to. (note-I generally sleep naked, but a t-shirt makes it uncomfortable for me to wear Getting some relief from the discomfort is good with the shirt). While the straps that hold it to your chest are designed well and quite adjustable, I usually just skip it when going to bed since it makes me feel like I have a fanny pack around my chest. The only problem is that I find it difficult But, it does require a modification, and it doesn't cause pain. By keeping me off my back, it helps me deal with sleep apnea and my considerable back pain as a result of.

I hope you have a better chance of success next time
3/5

If it had something similar to suspenders, this would be perfect. As soon as I put it on tight enough to stay in place, it constricts one's ability to breathe (and that's not what sleeping under an umbrella should be like). In particular, the manufacture and design seemed fine, but the manufacture did not meet expectations. I hope you have a better chance of success next time. I have returned it and will see what else I can do.

I did not find this useful
3/5

After thorough sleep testing at a sleep center, I was not eligible to receive a CPAP machine. As a result, I'm essentially on my own to figure out how to stop The item I bought is I am not able to use it. In spite of having it on, I always end up on my back.

User-friendly service is not offered by the company
3/5

This product has been bought five months ago after a doctor recommended it. My sleep apnea caused me to sleep on my side instead of my You would have to replace just the foam for $100. 00. It is extremely disappointing on the part of the company to respond in this way.

You can turn around with this thing instead of keeping it in place.

There is no chance of cats getting into it
5/5

For about four years, I have used a SlumberBump for positional sleep apnea and it has helped tremendously. I had to replace my cat's bladder about once per year because my cat poked a hole in It was getting tiresome to hear the same thing all the time Sleep Noodle was an attractive alternative to the sleep sack due to its decreasing price. This works well, and it doesn't attract cats.
