It's great to hear from you! Thanks! Due to the small size of this gel pack, it is too dangerous to use in a microwave, so I cannot recommend using it in one.
I think it's just a little over 20 minutes.

After a few uses, the product began to leak. In general, they're nice. I asked for replacements, but the seller did not have them and refused to offer a.

I wish I had simply returned them. You won't get much value for your money, since they're basically worthless. Because they're small, pliable, and made from soft material, I really like them. If these are frozen for at least 12 hours, they will stay frozen for about 45 minutes before melting. Lunch bags have only been kept cold for a few hours, not enough time to keep food cool. They don't work well for therapy because when placed against your skin, they warm up in just 15 minutes.

These are great and I'm happy that I bought them. Another ice pack (bigger, ACE brand) I have is covered with the same blue fabric and I love it. in the right balance of flexible, cold, and non-porous Skin irritation is a consequence. (The kids sometimes prefer another thin layer of fabric between the fabric and their 3) The quality seems to be just as good as the brand names. Since I have this smaller size, these are the ones my kids always reach for first. They keep their bumps, sprains, and bruises in good condition. Kids find these to be the right size and they stay in place well with an ACE bandage of 2" or 3". Since big ice packs often have a hard time staying in place with ACE bandages, I personally use these--they are light enough that I can use them myself. The six come in a tiny box that I put in the freezer for organization and I keep that there In one side I slide warmed items and in the other side I pull frozen items.

For chemotherapy, this is an ideal size to stuff into gloves and socks. This item was purchased to see if chilling the hands and feet can help relieve or mitigate neuropathy, as suggested by patients who suggested they keep it in their chemotherapy goody bags. The instructions also said to switch out several times during drip, so the quantity seemed to be appropriate. In addition to the round, we purchased a different brand of circle since we could not find the 4" circles of the same.

Approximately 18 hours and a half will pass before they get hot/warm Is 20 minutes long. It is not reasonable to expect them to stay cold for more than 30 minutes since they are so small. In addition, you should never apply a cold compress for more than 20 minutes at a time. The orange slices will certainly be a bit stiff when you take them from the freezer. You can massage them a bit for about 15 seconds to soften them up. Our dental surgeons used them when doing small surgeries (such as tooth extraction) I really appreciated how well they worked out.

They're not painfully cold, and they're not hard either. The fit just right because they are thin enough. I love how well they work. I am satisfied with how they hold up. Once pulled from the freezer, they are not painfully cold and have not turned rock hard. Since they are quite large, they stay cool for quite a long time.

Their help was excellent and the only downside I can think of is that they did not stay frozen very long. Ultimately, these are good and I would buy again, but if you are looking for something that will keep cold for quite some time, then this is the wrong product for you.

So far, I have only used the mini's, who have small buttons on the side. The size of your palm is about the size of these things. A soft texture. A squishy feeling. Put the frozen food in the freezer to cool down quickly. As soon as they leave, they should warm up quickly. They are almost useless, in my opinion. The good thing is that I have six of them, so I can change them out easily.
