I cannot describe the sensation of the heat generated by the mat. I have noticed a decrease in chronic pain after using it for several years. seems to penetrate deeper than a regular heating pad and is rejuvenating to be on it for a while. I was using the mat every day for a long time and it soon stopped heating. A new controller was sent to me by UTK, but that didn't solve the problem, so I contacted them again, and an entirely new mat was sent to me. I have solved the problem. Great customer service, they really stand by their warranty and were great to work with. The product is excellent and the company is outstanding!.

So I bought this product. Two years ago, I was in a car accident that left me with chronic As part of my pain management, I visit a physical therapist and use muscle relaxers and pain killers. Having never used an infrared heating pad before, I was eager to see if it would help me reduce my reliance on medications as well as my monthly expenses to see a physical therapist. The pad did exactly what it was supposed to do, as described by the manufacturer. The travel bag is handy) and I noticed a difference the first time I used it. In addition, I had a problem with the original controller of the pad I ordered. After contacting UTK, I had an awesome experience! It didn't take long for them to send a replacement. It is not unusual for manufacturing defects to occur however, great customer service is not. UTK was such a pleasure to work with and so great at what they do!.

As with any professional therapy or spa session, the heating pad would be something you would use. It is a very comfortable pad, and I had previously purchased the larger one. My experience with the company's customer service was excellent. They rapidly responded to a replacement request and made it happen shortly after. The quick response I received from their side amazed me! helped us decide to purchase the smaller pad for use at work and on the road. more resilient and precise heating pad than what you will find at your local drugstore or retail store, plus it is a completely different kind of heating pad.

A medium UTK far-infrared heating pad that I use every night is already a part of my existing setup. I received an email from UTK letting me know that they were running a promotion on a small far-infrared In view of the fact that my old far infrared pad (made by another company) was getting quite worn, I eagerly went out and purchased the small UTK pad. This fits well in the seat of my chair, as you can see in the picture. Infrared heat relieves my sciatica, and I can set this one to stay on for 15 minutes to 4 hours. I feel more comfortable with this one it allows me to control the temperature and time. I expect I will be able to use this device for many years to come, as it appears to be made of much stronger and durable materials than my old, small unit did.

There was a "hot pad" that I needed. Having bought a few, I returned a few because they were of inferior quality. As I worked on this, I set my mind to it. I did a search on Amazon and found out that this hot stone infrared pad was of a very high quality, very well engineered. Exactly what I was looking for! The best for warming up the body or your bed on a cold winter night. Perfect for spot heating on the body or for hotting it up. I must say that I love this product. It shows the obvious care with which it was developed. There is nothing I like more than this!.

For years I have been using this pad almost every day to relieve my chronic back pain. After 10 months, I began having problems with the cord pulling out of the connector that connects the control to the pad. Unlike many heating pads, I can lean against this one in my chair and it stays on for four hours at a time. When I contacted the vendor, I received an immediate response and was provided with a replacement A second purchase of this product is not a problem for me.
