It's fantastic! While practicing Jiu-Jitsu, I hurt my left shoulder. Jitsu . It has been suggested that applying hot and cold to the sore area will help speed up recovery. This product was purchased on the basis of a wimp. I had some difficulty using it at first because I had never used an ice and cold pack before. It took a few tries for me to figure out how to use it. I'm now addicted to using it to heal my shoulder on a daily basis, switching between hot and cold, hot and cold. It's simple to use; simply place it in the freezer until you're ready to use it. Using it hot, on the other hand, will take some getting used to. Because I use this product at both home and work, the microwaves are of varying wattages. As a result, you'll have to put it to the test a few times before you master it. You'll burn yourself if you leave it in for too long. It will not be hot enough if you remove it too soon. You must also exercise caution when heating the pack. As a result of the excessive heating, small holes will appear in the pack. To be clear, I am entirely responsible for the damages. I didn't follow the instructions correctly because I didn't pay attention to them. The pack has very specific usage instructions printed on it, and if followed as directed, the pack should last a long time. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and its low price.

It is very comfortable to wear on my. ThermoPeutic Premium Reusable Hot or Cold Pack (B0794TZ2JD) is the subject of this review. This was purchased for my husband, who suffers from chronic neck and shoulder pain. It's primarily for back pain that I use it for. I folded it and heated it in my 1100w microwave for 30 seconds on each side, then another 10 seconds on each side, until it was warm but not scorching. Wearing it on my back is very comfortable. I didn't give it a four-star rating because it slides and I find it difficult to keep it in place. The buckle is tinted and sliced to one side, and when I tried to keep it balanced, it slid and became loose. It took a couple of tries for me to get it to work, but now it's safe. I'm still not sure what the secret is. It lasts 20 minutes or so. For the second round, I reheated it for 20 seconds on each side, for a total of 25 minutes. It functions admirably.

I am extremely happy! I bought this ice pack in the hopes that it would help me prepare for a surgery I was about to have. I just had a full ankle fusion a week ago, and it's the only thing that makes me feel human right now. The ice pack stays ice cold for about 2 hours, and I'm using it against a fiberglass cast, so I'm assuming it's only a short time against skin. It doesn't become flexible right away, but it does after a few minutes. This ice pack is far superior to any homemade ice pack you might find on Pinterest or using the ones in your lunchbox. The condensation isn't as messy, and I don't have to worry about a pack being punctured or accidentally opening. It takes a few hours for the ice to completely thaw. Following surgery, I purchased two more so that I could rotate these. br>br>I haven't tried the heat aspect yet, and I won't, so I can only speak to ice; my only complaint is that I wish I had purchased the extra ice packs much sooner. I'm not going to lie, I wish I had a stash of these packs for this surgery!.

The product's quality is far superior to what I had anticipated. I've been using this product every day after a workout or a long day at the office. I put it through its paces in both hot and cold temperatures. It comes with a handy zip lock bag for keeping it out of direct contact with anything in your freezer. I also tried warming it up in the microwave, and it kept its warmth for a couple of hours, just like it did when it was cold. I like how the instructions are printed on the package. It's one less thing for me to be concerned about, and I won't have to explain how to use it to others. The straps are comfortable to wear and keep you in place. I had no problem securing it across my arms, shoulders, and back because the straps are adjustable.

Because of the size, shape, and adjustable strap, I can easily place it where I need it and either strap it on or not. It's better for me if it's hot. It stays hot for a long time, but my niece borrowed it and used it cold and said it was perfect; I also bought the ankle/foot version because I love it so much. It's something I'll never be without! br>br>I bought a pack from a different brand, and when heated, the gel oozed out, and it didn't stay hot or warm for long. I decided to put my faith in this one because it comes with a lifetime guarantee, right? br>I have a bad knee, and the only thing that helps is a warm bath. I kept track of the time in my head, attempting to determine how long it was therapeutically warm. I assumed I'd made a mistake, so I wrote down the time and made notes as the day progressed. br>I heated it in the microwave for 90 seconds, as directed, and covered it with a towel. For nearly an hour, it was extremely hot! I then placed it directly on my knee and used it for another 10 minutes, giving it a total of one hour of therapeutic heat. This is also a lot more comfortable than using a heating pad. I'm going to give this a five-star rating! Right now, I can't stand the cold, but I'm willing to bet that it lasts longer than the heat. (One thing to keep in mind: While using this, I had my leg under a comforter, which may have helped keep the heat in longer. ) Regardless, this is the pack for you! Then add a fifth star for the exclusive strap! It works! This is applicable in a variety of situations.
