In contrast to cheaper heating pads, this pad is very soft to the touch and does not contain any stiff plastic. The heating pad is large and has a long cord. It gets hot when it heats up. My heating pad would never get warm enough for me since I'm the type of person who would never be able to tolerate it. The one I use now does, so I have to keep the number It will start to feel warm within a minute of contact. When you turn it on, the heat is also uniform, so there is not a hot spot near the plug. The brand is definitely something I would buy again and recommend to others. Save your time and money and don't waste it This is an investment well worth making.

The heating pad I am using is large enough to cover my entire back, something I truly appreciate. There is no quality pain relief, however, because the heat does not reach a high enough level. This heating pad does not heat up as hot as the cheap Sunbeam heating pad I have. This is not the type of product you need if you need a HOT pad. In the event you want heat that is moderate and full coverage, then this may be what you need.
