So far, I've tried two. One of them was seriously defective, and it didn't even get warm. A second one is now in use. Heat concerning 75% of what would be useful. This brand has previously worked for me, and they have reduced the size of the heated area as well as the heat (did someone sue?). I have a few that I'll use up before repurchasing, but I'm not planning on repurchasing. order.
I've been using thermocare for years and haven't had any issues with most of the items in the box. The little heating pads were hard as rocks after being exposed to air for more than half of the time. I paid a higher price than usual in the hopes of receiving at least all of the usable and NEW packages. I'm not sure where these came from, and I'm not going to buy anything else from this seller.

I'll try to keep this brief! These are fantastic for my 90-year-old mother, who is very sick. A heating pad (electric) is not recommended for elderly or infants due to their sensitive skin and nerves' inability to detect if they are being burned, as well as the fact that the electric can be a fire hazard. These are safe, portable, and can keep you comfortable for up to 12 hours. My mother thinks I'm brilliant! 🙈.

Even though it is a one-use product, those suffering from back pain will appreciate it, as it often lasts longer than the time stated on the package. If not for the pain relief provided by this product, the user of this product would not be alive today. Take care not to burn yourself while sleeping.
