It has a strong lavender scent to it. It was almost a deal breaker because of the smell. However, the odor faded with time. I strained my neck and suffered from pain and limited range of motion for four months. This is one of the factors that helped me get better.
It measures between 27 and 26 inches before being filled. The length is between 26 and 25 inches after filling. After a lot of use, it may stretch out. BioMed DB Design, LLCbr>Thank you, Sharonbr>BioMed DB Design, LLCbr>BioMed DB Design, LLCbr>BioMed DB Design, LLCbr>BioMed DB Design, LLCbr>BioMed

In the last few weeks, this has become my greatest source of comfort, and I wear it on a regular basis, so I call it my friend. I was stuck in the middle of nowhere. ended while I was sitting at a stop sign, causing severe neck pain and what appears to be a rotator cuff tear. Heat provides me with a great deal of relief from my pain. I've tried other microwaveable heating necks that either didn't hold up in the microwave, even with precautions, or tore at the seams, leaving seeds and lavender all over the place. This Neck Heat Wrap is the most durable I've found so far, and microwaving it hasn't caused any problems. That, combined with the fact that it's extra long, allows me to wrap and manipulate it to reach the areas that are most affected. It keeps the heat for a long time, and the lavender truly relaxes me and takes my mind away from the pain. The weight of it is soothing and helps to relieve heat, but because I have to be careful with what I lift, it is a little more difficult for me to pack in my carry-on bag when I travel. Even though this is a minor flaw that only applies to someone in my current situation, I felt it was important to mention. Otherwise, I can't say enough good things about this product, and I'll be using it long after I'm healed!.
This wrap is one of my favorites. It's nearly impossible to get heat or cold where you need it when you have neck and hand problems. You know how difficult it is to place a heating pad precisely where you want it. I spend more time wrangling with it than I do actually relaxing. This wrap can help you with that problem. I've even molded it around my hand/wrist when I'm having arthritis flare-ups and need a little heat to loosen them up. Microwave it for 3 minutes, drape it over your neck and shoulders, and relax. br>br>The only drawback is that it can get quite hot. You may want to drape a thin covering over the area you're heating up to prevent burns. I just got my t-shirt off the rack. To keep my neck from getting burned, I've cinched up my shirt a little. This is something that will happen with any heat source, so it's less of a criticism and more of a reminder that hot things will burn.
I keep mine on hand all year for a variety of tasks. I use it for my neck, a cramped belly, and to keep warm. I can lay it between my lower legs to increase circulation, I can lay it so that my spine rests directly on it and it reaches my entire spine from top to tail bone, I can lay it so that my spine rests directly on it and it reaches my entire spine from top to tail bone, and I can lay it so that my spine rests directly on it and it reaches my entire spine from top to tail bone. In general, I prefer to heat it in the microwave with a mug of water, which takes longer but prevents the hot pack from overcooking and provides moist heat therapy for muscles. I get mine in March 2017 and it's a lot better than the updated one I got in September 2018. br>br>I got mine in March 2017 and it's a lot better than the updated one I got in September 2018. br>br>I got mine in March 2017 and it's a lot better than the updated one I got in September 2018. (The updated version has three chambers instead of two) The filling feels natural and seedy, indicating that it will retain heat for longer. br>br>This one heats up quickly and stays warm for a long time, but the scent only lasted a few months. However, I would prefer it without any scent because the lavender scent was quite strong. I believe essential oils could be used to "recharge" it, but I'm not going to do so. In any case, I adore it. I'm hoping they continue to make it the same way because I'm interested in getting another.
My half-fleece, half-cotton wrap is one of my favorite things. I believe the cotton side provides a warmer wrap, while the fleece side keeps moisture and heat in. It's well-made, as well. I did have a question for the company, and they were extremely helpful. Every question was quickly answered and resolved. If you require assistance with your wrap, I strongly advise you to contact them. Also, for those who are accustomed to heating wraps to "hot," I recommend purchasing cotton wraps.
It was extremely soft and had a wonderful scent. I used it three times before warming it up in the microwave just a few minutes ago. After a minute, I heard some popping and opened the door to find tiny seeds poking their way out of a hole in the fabric. Not safe. This item isn't long lasting. I can't believe it caught fire in under two minutes.
I wasn't expecting it to sweat, and whatever it was sweating seemed to be an icy hot substance, so after handling it, my hands felt strange for a while. And there's a strong lavender scent. It looked exactly like the picture, had the lavender small that was advertised, and the material seemed to be of good quality. I was simply dissatisfied with the residue and will most likely attempt to return it.
These were purchased in pairs. I purchased the first one and used it a few times before it began to smell burned. I didn't overheat because I followed the directions. I ended up tossing it out and ordering a replacement, which was exactly the same. My husband noticed a hole forming in one area that looked like it was burning where it was in contact with the microwave; it also smelled, so I threw the second one away, resulting in a $60 waste. It is soft, and I like the design of the scarf, but I believe the fabric is a flaw. I'm not sure how so many people have given it such positive feedback.
We had some issues with shipping, so Sharon took time out of her vacation to make me one (they were out of stock) and ship it to me! Thank you so much, Sharon, and have a wonderful rest of your vacation. <3.
