I really like these because they can be used in a variety of settings. I can't wear them for more than a few days because my skin becomes irritated, and the heat takes a while to kick in. If I can, I wrap the patch to apply some pressure.

These are what I use to help with my sciatica. It's as if you're wearing a heating pad. They could be too hot for people with sensitive skin. However, they do provide me with a great deal of comfort.

There was a horrible rash as a result of using it

I don't usually have sensitive skin, but these patches caused severe red rashes on my skin. It was necessary for me to return the items. Because the rash was so painful, I can't attest to the pain relief.
