You should store it in a plastic bag inside the freezer, according to the directions. Does this really need to be done? In the event that the item is kept in a drawer, what will happen?
Purple is what I have, and I needed to be able to choose a color from that. The reason there isn't an option to select a color is because there is only one color offered.

Spine & Joint products have a total product size of 20" is the length of the backpack. It is only 15" long, however, since the seams are filled with ingredients. If you would like to use a microwave, you may do so A few extra precautions must be taken, however, to ensure that the product does not get burned during the process. When it comes to heating, a microwave is the preferred and safer option. I thank you for your help.

The heat it puts where it's needed relieves muscle tension and soothes my lower back, but I've never seen any other device work as well.
It is one of the most amazing backpacks/heating wraps I have ever seen. The design is versatile, and you can strap it to yourself in multiple ways. In addition to being a cold pack, I purchased this item. It does not freeze in the freezer, but it becomes cool after being left in there. The air remains cool for only a short time. My first action was to empty it of all the grain and substitute some reclaimed wood I used freezer-safe ice packs cut to specifications these are much more effective and can be reused, and the weight is now half of what the original product was. I would not recommend this product for a cold pack.
It provides relief to my low back pain and covers the entire back area. I have been looking for something like this. I can heat the dish for 2 minutes without any issues.
The product can be used multiple times. It was a great relief to finally find a hot/cold pack big enough to cover all the areas where I suffer pain! It's no longer necessary to rewarm a room Each 15 minutes, you will move a small amount.
