What do you mean by sticking on the side? You use them to avoid lines on your body by putting them under your garment. Put your ab board in the front, then one lipo foam on each side, starting where your ab board ends and working your way back. It's a wonderful item.

I've been recovering from lipo and a tummy tuck for four weeks. bbl. These foam sheets have come in handy on numerous occasions. The first week 2. To protect the sutures, I only wore the foam sheets under my faja. aid in the reduction of swelling My doctor gave his approval for me to use it. I wore them under the tummy board as the swelling subsided and the faja loosened. Sutures were protected by the foam pads on the back board. assist in reducing swelling I washed these three times and they didn't lose their shape or function. I just placed an order for more to replace the first set. These come highly recommended by me.
That is exactly what they accomplish. I already had some on when I awoke from my BBL, thanks to my surgeon. For the next week, until I saw my surgeon again, I was not allowed to remove my garment AT ALL. After that, I used these foams for another week-and-a-half. However, you will sweat beneath them, and other fluids from your incisions will get on them. They're unpleasant to be around, and they're also unpleasant to be around. Adult diapers were recommended for use after surgery to catch fluid (not for going to the bathroom in!). ) I realized I had a lot of those leftover, and cutting off all the parts around the absorbent part of the diaper and folding it up makes for a much more comfortable disposable compression diaper. I would not have bought these foams if I could go back in time.
I'm sorry, but I didn't order this until after my surgery! Fortunately, it's prime, and I was able to get it in a matter of days. This foam is fantastic if you're getting lipo. Also, the fact that you get 5 sheets was sufficient for my back, sides, and stomach! My husband tucked it under my bra to keep it in place while we wrapped the wrap around my midsection, and it was a huge help! With the swelling that comes with lipo, it also keeps your skin a lot smoother. Order this foam as soon as possible!.
After my liposuction surgery, I used these and they were fantastic! They discolor quickly as blood and fluid are drawn into them, but they still functioned as expected.
As I added to my Faja and AB Board regiment, they fit perfectly and easily molded to my body. I would strongly recommend these sheets and would buy them again.
I'm blown away. I bought another brand that came in a blue and plastic bag, and while it was good, this one outperforms it! I stuffed these sheets into the tummy and sides of my garment, and the Marena vest I bought, which was digging in a little, actually sticks on top of the foam boards, completely eliminating the indentions. In addition, the level of comfort has increased by a factor of 1000. I'm so glad I chose the high score.
