Questions & Answers

Can you tell me how much ginger root it has?

Even if we are not able to share the exact blend of herbs, we do know that Cramp Aid contains ginger root to help ease the pain. Despite this, you should not have concerns about taking too much ginger with Cramp Aid as it contains less than 455 mg of ginger in every serving. It can also be taken regularly, with no problems. Ginger root can relax the muscles and help ease menstrual cramps, but therapeutic doses of the herb can stimulate the stomach, so if you have a sensitive stomach or are a new user, we recommend taking Cramp Aid with food.

Is one box meant to last a certain number of periods?

A cycle can take up to two cycles, depending on your cramping symptoms. Taking three tablets a day means your box contains 12 tablets, so you should be able to solve your pain for 4 full days with just one box. In the case of cramping for 2 days of your cycle, for example, or if you do not need the entire 3 doses per day of Cramp Aid, you will be able to use it for more than

If the doses are taken at different times, how far apart can they be?

The best way to regulate Cramp Aid dosage is to space out the doses by at least one hour to allow the ingredients to take full effect, and to limit the total amount of times each day you take it to three (6 capsules). The following advice will help you The very first sign of menstrual cramps (that “they’re coming” feeling) should mean you take the first dose at the first sign of pain your body will have time to absorb the ingredients before you feel anything.

I love it! I have updated I can't believe this works! Most of the time, I have cramps so bad that I can't even get out of bed and use a heating pad until at least three days have passed
5/5

They took those down in no time. As soon as I took them, I was wrapped up in my heating pad with my heating pad working nonstop. I did need two doses the first day, but the rest of my period I only needed two doses to feel comfortable as rain. Really, none of the doses had the weird beef flavor or burps except for that first dose, so what gives? As long as these provided relief, I'm fine with them. I found these to be effective in treating cramps that my medical CBD and a handful of ibuprofen couldn't even treat. It is magical. As of 30 minutes later, all I've heard is burps. I'll update later on if they actually work.

I've finally found something that works naturally
5/5

For my first time, I have decided to write a review because I want to share just how helpful this product truly is. Every once in a while I have to take a day off from everything during painful periods. On top of the cramps, I would vomit and experience the worst back pain I've ever experienced. I wanted to find something to relieve menstrual pain without having to miss work. Since I'm starting a new job, I was desperate to find something that would do its job. It was very pleasant to discover that this actually Furthermore, I noticed that I've lost a lot of my moodiness. It has been a long search but I have finally found something You shouldn't let this go to waste, ladies.

This is the first time I have taken De Lune cramp aid
5/5

It is amazing to me. Whatever OTC pills or herbs I use, or whether I take both, my cramps have always been painful. During the week, I tried out this method for the first time. The way this works is truly amazing to me. The first day was the following It was my fault for missing the first day as I did not yet have the product. During menstruation, I took a Naproxen Sodium with Brazen/PMS and Cramp Relief herbs and Solaray's Menstrual herbs twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening I took the same doses each time. Despite my pain, everything appeared to be okay for me. Never have I had a worse day than day one. As you can imagine, I was not happy about taking four pain relievers in the same day, and this is something I've been trying There is also a very high cost associated with most period supplements, since you are supposed to take them all month. There are some that work okay, and others that don't. Since I take supplements for my period and herbs regularly, I find myself taking herbs The second day started off with a bang The worst and heaviest days of the year usually occur on this A heavy amount of blood was flowing from my body. Taking less than 30 minutes to act, it was fast-acting. Additionally, I was highly energetic and did not appear to be I was amazed at what I saw. As I started feeling pain again later in the evening, I took the dose as prescribed. I used it for the first time during this period and felt so much better than I ever had before. I was able to function normally, otherwise I would have felt the need to lay there, scrunched up, unable to move, for days on end. I truly did not expect it to be as good as it was. The following are the events of Day A typical day 2 would be this. The same process as before was followed and the same results were obtained. We did not need to use any other herbal or OTC medications. The fourth day was a fairly routine one. It is now day 4 for me. It is unusual for me to still have cramps, but these are actually gone now. My pain level is normal and I haven't been taking the cramp-air so far. If this keeps working, I may actually be able to reduce the number of OTC pills I take, or completely stop taking them. Since OTC pills are extremely bad for us, and long term use will only harm our bodies and cause health problems that I've been trying to avoid for years, I've been trying to get rid of them as much as possible. People are claiming they've been burping up an unpleasant taste all day, but from my perspective, I didn't notice any difference at all. The first time I had burped on an empty stomach, I tasted some herbs, but the taste was mild and not offensive. In addition, if I ate around the time when I took them, it seemed to be less noticeable still. As a personal opinion, I find this complaint to be not particularly significant. The product is seemingly doing a great job of relieving pain considering this is such a small issue. It's also the case that almost all herbs taste funny when you burp, so I don't think it is something you can always avoid. In spite of that, I am not bothered by it. As a person who experiences pain, I really appreciate the fact that this is natural and helps. It's so common to market herbal products as pain relief, but that's not what they do well. Almost all of these help with inflammation as well as mild pain, but most people would still require OTC pills if used on their own. I never had to take OTC pills when I used De Lune Cramp Aid, and that's a first! The cons are A stronger formula and a lower price The price is a bit high per capsule, but I think I will be one of the lucky ones who will be able to last for 3 or 4 cycles at a time if it works just as well as it does now. I hope the price of the product will drop if it is possible to do so, in an effort The cost could add up quite quickly for those who have to pay for it every month, especially during a time when so many people are unemployed. The cost of one box of De Lune Cramp Aid is greater than the price of one box of the bold PMS relief. As a result, with Cramp Aid alone, my costs are typically 4 times more than they would be with all of the above, as well as Solaray Menstrual Relief. The alkaloid concoction also means I have to purchase it more frequently, since I must take it frequently. As long as it keeps working like it did this cycle, it would only be necessary for me to purchase De Lune Cramp Aid every couple of months. while I do pay a little more per capsule with De Lune, I find the price, and overall costs to be much lower. Therefore, I end up saving more money than I could have ever expected on period relief. I hope to see a stronger formula come to fruition for those who need it, and I hope it is available for the ones who need The pain of being in excruciating pain every month makes it very hard to get things done in life. It isn't healthy to keep going to the doctor or take pain medication over and over. It leads to other side effects, as well as a lot of In the future, I hope companies will focus on developing natural products that are stronger, more affordable, and more effective for women's health, so they can live as normal a life as Creating long-term customers in this way is sure to be fruitful. We would all benefit if this was done. As a whole recommend that you try it, and you may be lucky enough to be among the 80% who no longer suffer from It may be a temporary fix for the other 80% until you find something you find effective. We'll see you next month for what we hope to be positive outcomes!.

We found that two of these worked as well as four of an OTC pain reliever
5/5

I have definitely observed a worsening of my menstrual cycle as I have gotten older, leading to more and more over-the-counter medications This is the Take pain killers over the counter to relieve the cramps. When I took two De Lune Cramp Aid tablets, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it helped on the worst days of my most recent period! Two was plenty for me. I thought I would need more, but two worked just fine. Among the advantages Gets rid of the pain in 20 minutes or less A 30 minute break is required. There is a maple smell to it They are less potent and require a lower dosage to provide the same results as OTC drugs Pros Natural Cons These OTC painkillers are much larger than regular OTC painkillers (e. g. first. * * Will definitely use this over traditional pain relievers going.

I wasn't able to use it
3/5

The product did not work for me as I was hoping it would relieve my extremely painful menstrual cramps. It was my hope that it would provide even a small amount of pain relief so I could work and function, but these did not do that, and in fact I think they made my bleeding worse and longer than usual. It said to take one pill at the first sign of cramps, so I did so. We waited for an hour and a half, which didn't help at all. I took another pill after waiting an hour and a half in pain still, I did not get relief. As I couldn't take it anymore, I decided to take a Mortin which helped a little with the symptoms. After another hour, I took the last third pill and they didn't work. I took them when the cramps came back stronger later that day. As for the second day, I tried the pills again and, even then, they did not After trying 3 again, I could not seem to get any relief because I had to take Advil or Mortin instead. As a result, I noticed I had heavy bleeding for three days instead of the normal one. The pain medications didn't work and made my bleeding worse for me so I was very disappointed. Flo Living looks like a better option, so I'll try it.
