Each of my husband and I has one, and we are finding that we have a better lung capacity.
It's a lot more fun to play with two balls than with a single ball. The more amusing a product, the more willingness to use it.
Some of the things I wanted to make were not possible. My experience has been good with this approach. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to get all the balls to rise. Then I went back to it until I made sure I had all three balls in place. Hopefully, it will be helpful.
