During the many fires here, I almost ended up in the hospital because of the air quality. When I was a smoker, I found it hard to breathe and walk. In order to increase my lung capacity, I decided to try this Breath exerciser. When I found out how poor my lung capacity was, I was shocked. In my attempt to get one ball up, I had a hard time. The fact that I used this twice a day for a few weeks really changed the power of my lungs. Despite my best efforts, I have not been able to get all three balls up yet. Besides being fun, it's also a lot of work! It is easy to play with this from my easy chair and improve my lung capacity. As soon as I get the third ball, I'll post it. I could dance if I have time!.
