After using my contacts, I put them in for at least 15 minutes. It is not possible to use it with the contacts in place. They're going to be hurt. Ask your eye doctor if you have any questions, as there are many things that can be used that aren't available over the counter.

This product is excellent for allergies that cause itching or watering of the eyes. If your eye hurts, I'd go to an eye doctor right away because it could be a sign of something more serious.
Selected User Reviews For Visine Allergy Eye Relief Multi-Action Antihistamine & Redness Relief Eye Drops, 0.5 fl. oz (Pack of 2)
It's been a lifesaver for me when it comes to dealing with my allergies. It's primarily used to treat my allergic reaction to cats. (Yes, I'm allergic to cats, and yes, I have two of them. ) ) I enjoy cuddling with my cats, which causes their fur to get caught in my eyes. Then I feel compelled to rip my eyes out of their sockets. These drops, on the other hand, help a lot and in a short period of time. Now I don't want to enucleate or scratch my eyes violently. Yeah! Thank you so much, Visine!.
It also does not appear to help with allergies. These were not my cup of tea. It does state that they will cause eye damage. They're both correct.
This allergy multi-treatment kit was purchased by me. Visine's Red Eye Total Comfort Multi-Action is in action at the same time as Visine's Red Eye Total Comfort Multi-Action. symptom. This one was much more effective in my case. It could do a better job of providing long-lasting hydration and reducing redness in the eyes, but I'm sold. br>However, please keep in mind: "Some users may experience a brief tingling sensation," it says on the back of the bottle. "I'm here to tell you that, number one, it's not short enough, and number two, IT BURNS. The adjective "tingling" isn't appropriate here, Visine. br>(PS If you're doing some product research, the active ingredients in these drops are the same as the active ingredients in my bottle of Opcon in my cabinet. ) The Visine drops, on the other hand, do burn a little less.
br>However, there is one caveat: "Some users may experience a brief tingling sensation," according to the box's documentation. It's not as long as an eyewash, and it's tinglier than, say, battery acid. I'm good for the rest of the day once I've gotten past that part, which is more than I can say for similar products. br>However, based on what friends have said, my reaction appears to be on the extreme end of the spectrum. I guess I'm just lucky because most of the people I know who use this have little to no burning when they come into contact with it.
I carry these around with me throughout the day in case I need them. Because of the cotton trees, hay, and animals where we live, I have fairly severe allergies, and my eyes can become quite dry and itchy as a result of the allergies and the contacts I wear. These drops have made a huge difference during the day.
Due to the Pandemic, I'm staying in and am pleased to discover that most of the products I use on a regular basis are available for delivery. This is my go-to allergy eye treatment, and it works wonders for me.
Works. For a brief moment, it burns, but that is true of all allergy medications. It is the only allergy eye drop that does not contain glycerin! For those of us who are allergic to glycerin, this is crucial information. It appears to be effective and has no negative side effects.
I have cat allergies, but not the severe kind; instead, I have a generalized red itchy eye irritation that occurs when I forget to wash my hands after petting my cats and rub my face. My eyes would tear up, I'd squint, and it got to the point where it was so annoying that I bought this to help me focus on my computer. This is my first time using any type of eye drops, but they quickly relieved my allergies and helped me stay red-eye-free for the rest of the day until the next dose. When I put it in my eyes, it burns for a second but then goes away. It made me cry a little bit, but not much, and only once, so it clearly works and gets the job done. The value for money is also excellent.
