I cannot open it. Can you explain what I need to do?

The top of the cap was made of cellophane, so I used a small pliers or knife to get under it. Peel off a corner of the cap and unscrew it once the rest is free.

The gel is safe to use on a daily basis, but if you need to use it just to prevent redness you can use Systane which is better for your eyes, but does not give you red eyes.

This website is a Naphcon-only website I have found that Allerge Relief Eye Drops are the best product I've found for soothing my eyes, not just during allergy season, but also year-round. There are rounds. My experience with them has been better than any of the others I have tried over the years I have tried a lot. It is true that the types of eye drops you use will vary depending on your individual needs and preferences, but these eye drops are certainly worth trying if you are not satisfied with your current eye drops.
