Wraps made with Microwaveable Heat must be heated in a microwave and per the instructions printed on the package and or on the wrap label. In the event that you aren't able to use heat therapy, this wrap is also ideal for use as a cryotherapy/cold therapy wrap. By placing the wrap inside a zip-lock bag and putting it in the freezer for 2 hours you will achieve this result The time is four
Using the Microwaveable Heat Wrap, we have found that it stays hot for 10 minutes Warm for 20 minutes and then put back in for 20 mins We have heard that the product stayed hot for up to 30 minutes before needing to be reheated again, but this will greatly vary depending on your climate condition and the power of your microwave. Some reviews report the product stayed hot for up to 30 minutes. Although we recommend 15 minutes of a solid moist heat, our own experience with that time is quite different.
What a great question! We use flax seeds in all our wraps and heat pads because they are eco-friendly. In the microwave, flax seeds contain a certain amount of oil which produces a "moist" heating effect when heated. Unlike beans, seeds, or beads that may be familiar to you in a similar type of heat pack, the heat that comes from this pack is completely different. The reason why we prefer Flax Seed is due to this.
Hello There is no way to remove the cover. My cleaning needs are limited to a light dusting and a little soap. I only need to damp rag to clean the outside. In order to steam clean mine, I will put it in the microwave for an extra minute. In addition to killing the germs, heat also kills the bacteria.

If I need to remain mobile and move around due to chronic and severe neck and shoulder pain, this is a great option. The heat is not hard to apply and there is no need to plug in a heating pad. Holding it in place is made easy by the ties. My recommendation for this product is definitely yes.
Coverage is large in the areas I am interested in. It is of good I'm ready to put on my neck and go for a walk. Although other reviewers say it doesn't get too hot, all I did was put it in for one minute, flip it over, and then do another minute ( 2 total) before I noticed it getting too hot. The people who do this are either not following directions or the microwave they are using for this product is too small.
I can see so many uses for the wrap, but I really love the way it looked on my back when I tied it on. As a gift, I bought one for my mother as well!.
While it is a very soft material, it doesn't heat up as nicely as our other microwaveable pads. It only heats up to lukewarm after I follow the instructions to heat up the pad. Microwaveable pads are much better than this one, it's just that this one is not one of them.
This product was pretty good. The fabric was soft and comfortable, but it didn't keep the heat as well as I would have liked. I found the stitching not to hold on one small part, and that the fabric direction of the "tails" was opposite of each other as well (not an issue for normal people, just us OCD nuts). While the seller was super responsive, kind, and easy to deal with, it was hard to find a fault with her.
Directions can be given for a maximum of three minutes each. This heat wrap was purchased to help with my lower back pain. My favorite part about it is how bulky and large it is. As well as turning the food over halfway, it needs to be placed in the microwave. There is a maximum time of three minutes indicated in the directions. The heat provided by this is not sufficient to relieve my lower back pain. Wrapped in a very heavy fabric.
I LOVE this. Heat wraps like this are fantastic. My only one that keeps your neck real warm is the one that comes up far enough. This product hits all the right notes. The weight is right, the design is perfect. It is a good idea to turn the container once during a Soft and luxurious fabric.
In addition to that, there are a few pros This scarf is comfortable, flexible, and provides good warmth, making it an excellent scarf A few exceptions to this rule There is no way the tie can hold the relatively heavy heat pack securely against your lower back if you have a belly instead of a waist (I am 6'4" and 202, so I probably have neither), and it is particularly true for big men with much bigger waists than mine. As a result, I have to use a back brace to keep the pack in place One of the reasons I chose this product was that I did not want to use a brace.
