It seems the smalls work best for me as well since I have a low cervix that sits low. I definitely prefer tampons because no pain in the cervical area is caused by it.
A Pixie Cup is a bit firmer than a Diva Cup, but they are still softer than a Diva Cup.

The cup is beautiful and the message that a cup can be given to a woman in need is wonderful, but I will not be purchasing another one. The fact that there is a bible verse inside my cup and that it is not advertised is annoying to me. If I had known that information when I purchased my new coffee cup, I could have made a more informed decision. The object I put inside me is this one! Upon taking it out to clean it, I was very shocked to find what I had done. The fact that you put this on a product and then did not advertise it when it is such a personal object is completely upsetting. While it is your right to practice whatever religion you like and run your business how you wish is fine. While I appreciate that you are helping those in need, finding that pleasant surprise when it has not been advertised felt very disingenuous to me. Almost as if it was a secret that I was not supposed to know Not happy at all.
In other words. It's been on my mind for a while to do these things. The instead of SoftCups I used in the past were incredibly messy, but I loved them. I hate that. Thus, after much research, debate, and deciding, I came up with The Pixie Cup. I am so happy I did that! . First things first, I'm 32 w/o children (I have kids, but they ain't mine! The freedom we enjoy! There is no feeling at all! I can feel it, even when I "bear down" really hard! I think I'm just not pushing the small as high, which is why I can feel it so strongly. I have been browsing menstrual cups for the past month or so. I just realized that this cup has changed my life. I wish I had known about this 10 years Since I have heavy flow, I often combined pads and tampons and still spilled over and stained. A light pad and I can do without a pad with just this cup. My sleep has improved, I no longer sneeze and cough at night and no accidents occur. There will never be a time when I need to use a tampon.
