There is no need to put gigantic syringes in this container, and I even included the exact dimensions in the photos in case you're unsure. Here is a straight-forward question, so don't be afraid to ask Basically, it's a forward product, it's sturdy plastic, the lid fits well, and the holes have snap-on lids that can be separated for using individual pens, or they can be used together, whatever you prefer. There is a reasonable price for this and it does what it is supposed to do, which is to hold sharp objects. There's not much else to say, if you're looking for a container to store a variety of small needles (e. g. acupuncture needles), or a handful of small syringes, this is the one for you. Bless Amy and may God be with her.
There was no lid attached to this product (and its replacement). The lack of a lid doesn't help me much when it comes to sharps containers.
In the past, I had ordered a Medline Sharps container like that in the picture, and I expected to receive the same one. Dynarex shipped me a Sharps container in place of the Dynarex Although the Dynarex appears to be of poorer quality than the Medline, it seems to perform the purpose for which it will be used, although I cannot see how to secure the lid to prevent spills or sharps from falling out. I still plan on using In spite of this, I will not be purchasing from this seller again since I cannot trust that they actually sell what they advertise.
In March of 2017 I had to put to sleep my diabetic cat who had been given syringes. There was never a reason to open the package As Amazon's policy forbids me to return it, I cannot do so. The product from this company has been used a lot over the past few years, as it fills up quickly when you give it twice a Purchasing this Sharps Container is your best bet if you are on the lookout for one.
This little sharps container is tough enough to hold the tiny insulin needles I use in my SoloStar The device is small enough for travel, so you can put it in your carry-on to travel with, I keep mine on my nightstand, where I take my injections, and it has roughly the same footprint as a standard-sized table. A tumbler of water that is the right size. Websites for sharps disposal can be found on the Internet if you look for a reputable manufacturer.
Being an owner of my own cat rescue, I am responsible for disposing of all needles from vaccinations, blood draws, microchip insertions, and antibiotic injections properly. Interestingly, this product was the cheapest I could find within 2 days of searching and was shipped to my residence. In light of the box's cost, it holds a good number of needles. My recommendation would be for anyone who has to give themselves or their pets injections such as myself to consider this unit. Since I am a veterinary technician and receive new cats very often into my rescue, I need to use this box more often since I also give booster vaccinations.
Even so, the "fill" line can get stuck A lock will be able to lock on the top depending on how many syringes are used. Despite the fact that I am not closing mine in fear of it permanently locking. Surely it will be fantastic when it finally happens, but not until then. It is clear that I won't offer any opinions on whether this is a childproof device or not since my household only has three cats (all are female). Although I do keep it out of their reach, I do not let it get close to them. It's convenient to have two of them in one package, and not have to worry about buying again for a while. There is one star off for the top, though, since it may not be strong enough for homes that need to keep it sealed. It's a price I can live with for the quality I receive.
Bio-based materials that are sturdy and reliable Sharps and other contaminated items should be stored in a hazardous container. Dispose of needles and syringes in an easy manner. The height is about 6" and the width is about 3". This container is too large to serve as a travel container to me, though it could be used for that purpose. In my desk drawer, I keep it. At the time I bought it, Amazon had a ridiculously low price for two. My eyes see so much value in this.
