My pen is equipped with generic Lancers of a generic size. The standard Lancet will fit any Lancet of the same length and width. It won't happen with the mini ones.
I think it's about 3 and 7/8 inches, maybe 4 inches.

In the case of mine, I have no idea if it was a lemon or not It was impossible for me to protrude the needle past the front cap, regardless of what I did. The device would not be very useful if it did not produce It is the seller who is rated three stars. It was easy to ship and my order arrived on time.
It is very likely that I will develop diabetes in the near future. My blood sugar is monitored to determine the levels of carb intake that are acceptable to Due to the adjustable design, none of the penetration is more than is necessary with this lancet. The idea of myself sticking is not appealing to me.
It is not always possible to load the lancet needle onto the device when you pull the mechanism at the bottom, so you are unable to use it when you press the button. About 25% of the time it works.
So far it is holding up extremely well other ones I have had have started to deteriorate by now, so it appears fairly sturdy at this point.
Using this device for my weekly INR test is very convenient the only drawback is that the fire button is very sensitive, but it is simple.
They are not hurt by it. It is great that you did not.
The first one I had was pretty small, and I was able to hold it nicely with one hand when I used this one. The lancets fit firmly into this device, as well as generic Bayer Countour style lancets. My current one will last for a long time, so I'll get another one when it wears out.
