My daughter broke it the first time she played with it

I received no customer service! What a beautiful puzzle it was when it arrived! I was so impressed with its appearance! Having been saving it for my daughter's birthday, I decided to give it to her. One of the pieces fell and splintered right after I gave it to her! She was playing with it on the table when one There was such disappointment on my part! In spite of my emails asking for replacement, the company ignored me both times. Customers have no way to contact customer service. You will be ignored by customer service if you have a problem with this product. Get the fat brain toys from another company or a different company instead. It was a very disappointing experience!.

Later on, I will ask her if she wants to glue the pieces together and use it to create a sign for her room or anywhere she wants. There are several places where she can put it up or hang it. As well as being well packaged, the product arrived quickly. Buying this product again would be a great idea.
