Initially, the name of my dog was misspelled on the tag, but I was sent another one for free -excellent customer service. However, the crystals in the second tag have already fallen out and it has only been on my dog for The dog is not a very hyper / active one and mainly stays indoors aside from walks and going outside to pee. The crystals are not firmly secured on the tag, although it is very cute.
The customer service is out of this world, one of the gem stones fell out of the label less than a week after I bought it, and they immediately sent me a new label. I really like the tags I used on my mini It is nice to have a round one, although I wish it was A nice pouch was enclosed in which they were well wrapped. I can't express how grateful I am for your generosity. The pictures don't do them justice.
Instead of the standard jump ring, I just started using a regular jump ring and I've been really happy with the results. They are adorable with their tiny rhinestones.

My kids have had several cats, which means I have ordered several pet tags, none of them as beautiful and well made as this. My son just got a puppy, and this is the best tag I have ever ordered for him.
This was a cute puppy, but it grew too small for my lab puppy.
