The clasp isn't very secure, so if you have long hair, they might get snagged and come undone. I don't switch out my earrings every day, so I wanted something I could wear all the time. I'm not convinced these are capable of doing so.

However, I was hoping to use the 24 gauge for a beading project, but the seed beads wouldn't fit on the wire, so they're perfect for everyday wear and small enough that I don't have to take them off just to sleep on my side!.
