I really want to like this small earring because it's so cute, but the way it closes isn't completely secure. My piercing is pinched and irritated as a result of this small opening. I'll have to get a different hoop for my cartilage piercing because this one is reasonably priced and cute. (Would the "infinite loop" work if the closure was placed on the opal rather than within the piercing?.
It's ideal for sleeping because it's both cute and comfortable. My helix piercing had become partially swollen and infected as a result of a previous earring, and this one actually helped my ear avoid the pulling and tugging it had experienced with the previous one. My ear is no longer infected and the swelling has gone away. It was extremely beneficial. I intend to buy more at a later time. Thanks!.
I can't express enough how lovely this tiny earring is. Simply twist out gently, insert through, and bask in the praise. It doesn't irritate the skin, keeps its shape, and is easy to keep in place. I would strongly suggest it. I'm going to buy some more.
Because it won't close all the way after you twist it, it's rubbing the inside of my piercing raw. I have long curly hair and it keeps getting stuck in the helix because of the exposed opening and twirling it around, and while it's cute, the texture rubs my piercing weird. Recommend for those with non-problematic hair and piercings that are very healed.
The earring appears to be very attractive, but the metal is of poor quality and irritates the wearer. My ears are irritated by the open and close. It's adorable, but it's a pain to put on and take off. It also has a hard time staying in my ear. I've kept it on, but it's a pain to get on and off. However, the color and the small jewel are adorable.
It's a shame I didn't like this earring. It's delicate and lovely, but that's where the benefits end. I couldn't get this thing to close for the life of me. I followed the instructions and made sure not to open it the wrong way or too wide, but it was extremely uncomfortable and irritated my ear to the point where even touching it hurt. I would not recommend this product.
It's so adorable. It's a little difficult to install, but I followed the directions and twisted rather than pulling apart, but it still doesn't seem to close properly. But it appeals to me and appears to be of good quality. I'd make a second order.
