In person, this pin is even more beautiful! It's simply lovely. Last week, I wore it with a navy coat because it stands out so well. It arrived a day or two ahead of schedule, in a nice box with plenty of padding for shipping. Wait until my daughters see it; they'll want one as well. I was born and raised in Scotland, and I miss it even though I now live in the United States. I saw this tiny thistle and knew I had to have it. I wear it on my jackets and occasionally with a little black dress. Just right!!.
My sister was enamored with it and wanted to steal it from me, so I had to go out and get her one right away! We're Scottish, and it's a lovely reminder of our ancestors. I wear it on the lapel of my black coat, and it looks great! It is well-made, with the exception of the clasp, which, like many brooches, appears to be a little flimsy. As a result, I'll keep a close eye on it! ) Do not hesitate to order this one; you will not be disappointed.
