Will never buy, support, recommend, or patronize your business again, there was one thing missing on the bracelet, I was willing to return it so that it could be added, I didn't have a problem with it, but the owner said it would take too much time sending it back and forth, which I didn't have a problem with, so what was said then was that I would only have to pay half price and send them a picture of the bracelet, which I did, but I never received my half price.
I'm blown away by the quality. Because the "medium brown" is a shade darker than I anticipated, the text does not stand out as much as I had hoped. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I would tell anyone about the product and the seller.
This was a fantastic piece of jewelry to give to a man. On Father's Day, we engraved it with our children's initials, as well as a family saying, as a gift from me and our children. His initials are on the inside, and the main quote is on the outside. He adored it, and it's both dressy and casual, making any outfit he wears look more put-together. Thank you for your excellent workmanship and quality.
