The customer was pleased. Having ordered the product, it is what it was described as being, the price is good (especially since it includes two), they arrived well-packaged (in a tube), and in a short amount of time. I bought these gifts for my children for Christmas and they are beyond pleased with them. My mistake was that I mixed up only four names in the senior and junior categories. My junior sent me the wrong dates and I entered the wrong answers, so it is a great thing I had another. Nonetheless, I can still use the messed up one as a test piece for different colors and pens to see exactly how I want to proceed. *I added the picture to show the different colors and shades I have not experienced any bleeding of ink because I have used only fountain pens. Additionally, the writing area at the top of the generation should be larger. It wasn't a surprise to me at all because that's the way these charts The text areas were not too difficult to write in. The posters arrived damaged on one side. Despite that, I did not give it 5 stars because one side of the posters were crushed when it was delivered and there was no damage to the outside tube. I was extremely impressed with the speed with which the package arrived and was packaged in a cardboard tube that was securely sealed. I am still thankful that I ordered the parchment color, but other reviewers are right when they say it is difficult to correct a mistake. Whiteout stands out among the rest. The reason I didn't have sheet to use as practice is that I didn't have any sheets to make family trees for. Of course, I made mistakes. . . My final solution was to use one of the scrap pieces of paper to cut out pieces that covered the mistakes, and then add a tiny bit of white glue on top. Finally, I would like to mention that everyone I gave this to Yes, the spaces get smaller and smaller as you go along, and the handwriting is tiny as well. It's not perfect you make mistakes but for me, this is the coolest thing I've ever given to anyone in my family, and I appreciated making it as much as they did receiving it.
