The product does not work like a miracle, but there are some positive effects. My hopes were super high for this product. I have been suffering from headaches and migraines most of my life, and I have tried a lot of possibilities. While these are some of the better products, they only improved the quality of life for those with a few While I wasn't expecting a magic shower bomb to cure the headaches that doctors have been trying to find the cause of for years, I guess I expected a bit more relief than these offered. These vitamins are effective at reducing headaches caused by sinusitis. My head cold and headache eased after I used them they helped wake me up and relieve some sinus pressure. Although I did experience slight relief while in the shower, they were more of a buzz than a relief I tried it for sinus headaches, but even then there was no consistent relief. There was no relief for migraines either, but I didn't expect it.

I didn't really notice any relief from my headaches but I was very impressed with the smell during the shower. Due to the pressure of the steamers, the package is tightly wrapped so the aroma is preserved and does not fade upon opening. The price of these is a little high for me to purchase them frequently. I would purchase more of these consistently though. All of the house will be filled with the aroma. Half of it has been used during a shower, and the other half has been saved for another shower, but the aroma of the other half isn't as strong as half. There is nothing bad about the scent and I have tried the majority of these. In every order I have placed, they have always included a sample of another scent. I see no difference in the intensity of my migraines after using the headache one, but it does smell amazing and that makes me feel relaxed. It is a brand I will keep buying because it uses recycling-friendly packaging and wraps its bombs in bubble wrap in order to prevent damage to the bombs.
