Snapping it in place is very simple. It simply slides into the front slot before being snapped into place by the notch. It's also simple to get rid of by sliding the back end sideways. It's been almost a month since I've used it, and it appears to be holding up well and hasn't lost its firm grip.

This was purchased for use at work (TC51 with rugged boot). I had my doubts when I first got it, so I double-checked before ordering. When I first used it at work, I was pleasantly surprised--the device seemed to wobble a little when installed, and the trigger action seemed a little awkward; however, when I used it for the first time at work, I was pleasantly surprised-- mounted firmly on the device, comfortable to hold, and activated with only a light touch on the trigger; At the end of my shift, I had a little trouble figuring out how to remove it, but after reading the instructions, I was able to do so; The handle itself appears to be quite durable, and should last for many years (though I doubt it would withstand a 20-foot drop). I can't see inside it, so I'm not sure how long the trigger will last or whether I'll be able to repair it if it breaks. Overall, a good buy, especially considering the Zebra-branded ones cost $200 or more.
At work, I use a Zebra, and the triggers that come with it are easily broken and rarely replaced. I took a chance and bought one of these, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked and felt, far more solid than the work-provided triggers and just as simple to operate. br>br>When ordering, I had the option to engrave, so I typed in GME (Gamestop's stock symbol), and when I received the package, Diamondhands was included! This made me laugh out loud, as if someone knew something I didn't. br>br>Diamondhands has a lot of detail! The detail of each finger can be seen if you zoom in on the photos of his hands. Maybe I discovered a secret code, I don't know. Whatever the case may be, I am grateful for the additional gift. It's been two days, and just thinking about it makes me happy. Once again, thank you! br>br>.

It took a long time to get the scanners into the case, and once they were in, the trigger didn't work.
The boot bumper fits the device snugly, making it difficult to put on and take off, and the trigger did not snap into the boot bumper as stated in the directions. However, it continues to function. It's also very affordable, which I appreciate. I am pleased with what I received for my money.
Use it with my hand scanner to get the job done. It has a significant positive impact on my life.
