A new pair was made after contacting the seller, who offered to make a new pair immediately. It was requested that my feet be measured. It's been almost a month since I returned the original pair to a U. S. store. The following address is the office address As they are made in Europe, it was helpful. It looks as if the new pair fits The quality of the slippers and the personal touch of the company made my experience much more pleasant.
I love these slippers, they're so beautifully made and they're so Wool and rubber combine in an attractive manner, with the rubber sole fitting nicely to the bottom (I was afraid it would be bulky rubber, but it is not). Besides being large, their only downside is that they take up a lot of space. The size of my pants ranges between an 8 1/2 and an 8 3/4 There was about an inch of wiggle room in my size 8 1/2 despite ordering a size 9. The socks would work if you planned on wearing these with them, but I'd rather I was only able to borrow a size 8 from my friend who normally wears a size 9 1/2 A 10 was liked by my sister and fit her perfectly, so she is taking them, and I am taking a 7 1/2 I think it's worth waiting for a month to get it shipped. This is a great pair of slippers, but I would recommend sizing.
Real wool was used to make these slippers. Warmth is provided to your feet by these socks. However, they have a very plain design. It would have been nice if there had been some decorative touches The cat or another animal could be made from a bow or felt.
It is clear that this vendor knows her craft well and has mastered the art and technique of creating these beautiful After reading the reviews, I ordered the size I usually wear for wool socks and knowing I was going to wear heavy socks. If you're wearing them around the house without socks or padding, they are just fine. It has an excellent level of traction on hardwood floors thanks to the leather soles. The geissweins I managed to wear out are much better than these.
Plus, I had a quick question for the artisans, and they answered it quickly and helpfully. I highly recommend this purchase!.

The boots are warm and comfortable (with socks on, they are perfectly fine. It is amazing how well it was crafted! A second pair for the office is on my list of things to look into.
