It appears that the bow is glued into place, and the glue can be seen. If the person responding to my customer service issues was kinder, I would give them a better review. I did not appreciate the seller's rudeness, and I definitely will not make a purchase from them.

This bag is one of three that I ordered. It was so nice seeing them monogrammed on both I'm not a fan of the 3rd. Originally, it should be a G, but it seems to be a Christmas presents are not exchanged for cash, and I can't give her this one. She seems to have spelled her name incorrectly.
