The outfit is lovely, but the turban was unmade when I received it. This may not be a problem for some mothers, but it will be difficult for a first-time girl mom who has never tied a turban or headband. The other issue is that the embroidered area's backing was left unprotected, which makes me nervous about putting it on my baby's delicate skin. I guess I'll have to wear another shirt underneath this to keep her skin from becoming irritated.

I was unable to find a suitable replacement. I gave up and used a headband; it was a nice outfit, but the head fabric was a problem. I couldn't find a good fit and a nice bow, but the dress is lovely.

I can't wait for the grandbaby to arrive so I can see her in it. The pattern is exactly as shown in the photo, and the fabric is thick and long-lasting.
