The only place in town where I could find this was online! Thank you Amazon for the save! Be warned, the instructions on the packaging are in French. I cooked this in 8 minutes (after youtubeing), and it came out just like I tasted it the first time! I put this in my plain ramen noodle soup and it was great!.

Rice cakes were so appealing to me that I had to try them. There were some on Amazon too, which I tried! I had a great time! My only complaint is that I wish the package had more international cooking instructions. seemed to be mostly written in Chinese or Japanese (I am unsure). And you still get a good deal for the amount you get!.

There should be some sauce with it as well since it's good quality.

The thing is, I normally do not buy food through Amazon because it is so outrageously overpriced. However, I had a serious craving for tteokbokki and would be unable to get to a Asian grocery for two weeks so I decided to buy In the past, I paid around $4 for a much bigger bag but I was seriously craving this type of treat. As rice cakes do not have flavor on their own, they need to be dipped in sauce or added to something that does have flavor, and the sponge absorbs In this instance, however, they You are not going to get your money's worth from this. The rice cake was soft regardless, but all rice cakes soften after they are boiled. Check it with a fork to make sure it's soft enough for you!.

It's good to eat tteokbokki. I enjoyed eating this with my ramen since it cooked faster than I expected. Having a portable utensil is nice, as it came with it.

I combine them with anything from noodles to scrambled eggs, and they are just as good as what I get from Samyang. They're perfect for quick meals since the food cooks in no time. The spoon, fork, and chopsticks complete the set nicely as well.

My favorite Korean restaurant uses a Korean Rice Cake Noodle in their dishes, and I am searching for the same noodle. According to the online description, I ordered the tteokbokki Korean rice cake. Following the directions, I found the noodles to be dense and chewy, but not as good as the ones on the website. A chewy texture. When reheating leftovers the 2nd day, the product was bit softer, but it still had not met my expectations.
