I am sure that's not the case.
Sprouting the soybeans from which tofu is made is required before the tofu is made.

As a vegan, I have been dependent on tofu and I'm happy my Chinese medicine doctor has explained that soy is actually not bad for you as long as you are not consuming meat or any Tofu is an excellent source of protein that I use every day, and I really like the convenience and extra-firm texture of this particular brand. In this way, you don't need to squeeze or press the tofu so much before consuming it. All it needs is a quick rinse and pat dry to get it ready to use. Additionally, it holds up in stirfries and scrambles without becoming mushy. Yes, it is a little more expensive, but it is worth it to me since the quality is so good. Also, due to its firm texture, it seems like it would serve as a better replacement for meat in recipes. The recipe is highly recommended for those on the fence, I will never go back to mushy tofu again.
Definitely the best firm out there. Stir fry cooking conditions do not cause the noodles to break up. A 16 oz package is included. I highly recommend this book. Don't let it get For those who enjoy firm tofu like I do, here is what you need to do.
I also get a good deal of protein from soy. However, I prefer to cook tofu into dishes rather than simply adding it to them so that it has flavor instead of simply adding it. (and even those described as "extra firm". Unlike tofu that breaks into small pieces when I cook, this one doesn't! Cooking it at a relatively high heat for a long time can hold the meat into cubes for the most part, yet it still absorbs plenty I highly recommend this tofu product as one of the best out there!.
I usually buy Wildwood Firm Tofu, but I don't like the Super Firm Tofu as much. As it cooks, the meat becomes uniformly hard and does not soak up flavors as well as it should. In order to make a firmer, textured tofu, I freeze the firm or extra firm variety Frozen tofu should be stored in the fridge to thaw. I am able to easily press the tofu between my hands when I need to use it.
There is no sprouted tofu in this dish. Originally the packaging indicated it was made with sprouted soybeans (as shown by Amazon) but that phrase is no longer evident on the product. Tofu contains phytic acid that blocks mineral absorption, and those who wish to decrease their intake of phytic acid in tofu should take note. Yes, that is correct It is true that the texture is great, but the claim is false. My search on the Wildwood website did not turn up any sprouted tofu options.
Despite my efforts, I did not see it spouted the last two times I purchased it. It had been sprouted when I purchased it before.
Two days later, I ate the remaining part of this. Do you think that is why I had an emotionally charged day after that? You can raise your estrogen levels if you eat too much soy. It was good, at least for me. As I was getting ready for work, I heated it in a pan with Worcestershire sauce for breakfast. It was very Hunger does not exist.
Since the product package says It's not necessary to press it, I didn't, and I'm glad to do that step in advance. In the end I like this tofu a lot because it holds up to anything I want to make with it (usually fried rice, curries, or roasted The truth is I usually buy this brand when the generic is sold out, but I'm finding I'm searching for it more and more lately since it's such a time saver and such a great item for cooking.
