It doesn't say it's gluten-free anywhere on the label.

Is there a gravy made with this product?

Soups and stews can be made with this product as a base. Instead of the dry, crusty bouillon cubes, this would be used. If you were making gravy and wanted to add some flavor, 1/4 teaspoon would probably suffice. It's one of my go-to ingredients for enhancing the flavor of crock-pot vegetables and beans. It has a delicious flavor. Just keep in mind that it's salty at first, so use it sparingly.

We use it in all of our soups as well as any other time we require broth. So good. I just wish it was available in larger jars (aside from Costco)!.

This flavorful stock concentrate is simple to use and has a lot of flavor. It's far superior to bouillon, which, in my opinion, has a single note. Better than Bouillon is a flavor enhancer that I use in a variety of dishes.
